My mother has been dutifully cared for by a small friendly team for several months. She looks forward to their arrival, so we are happy! The management team have been very supportive, especially when unexpected overnight hospital stays were necessary recently. Reassured to know that the Clarity team are professional and conscientious. 5-stars!

With much apprehension, we decided to use Clarity and how glad we were that we did. My husband was very pleased with the care he was given and so was I. The carer was kind, considerate and very professional. It was like having a member of the family calling in every day. I recommend Clarity to anyone who is looking for first-rate help.

My carers are fantastic. They are kind, patient and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. They brighten the day and help me to live life to the full.

Girls are usually obliging and helpful, they will always find time to talk and are interested in his wellbeing. Timekeeping is usually good. Food preparation is good and they always clear up well. Overall, service is good.

Overall Experience

The main reason mum is able to live in her home is due to the care she receives. Clarity provides that care. Mum has trust and confidence in her carers and that makes her feel safe. A care plan is made to meet mum's specific needs. They deliver care with compassion, respect and dignity. Regular meetings with the care manager. Mum and myself ensure that Mum's needs are met and any issues are problem solved. The whole team are friendly, approachable and supportive. For me, peace of mind knowing mum is happy and well cared for is invaluable.

Overall Experience

First time of using Clarriots Care service. They are most reliable, trustworthy and keep us informed of any problems arising. The staff have built up a good relationship with my elderly parents, treating them with both respect and dignity.
