Clarity Homecare Essex provides affordable home care to Basildon and Thurrock residents and also further afield in Essex.

It delivers care services for the elderly and other vulnerable individuals who require assistance – to enable them to remain in their own homes at their highest level of functional independence.

Clarity Homecare Essex provides services for adults aged 18-65 and 65+ in the following service user bands, Dementia, Mental Health, Learning Difficulties and Physical Disability.

The company works with ‘Private Clients’ but can also work on behalf of local authorities and the National Health Service.

Clarity Homecare provides a ‘home-care’ service that promotes the independence of the elderly, disabled or home-bound individuals by providing assistance with day-to-day activities that enables clients to stay in their own homes and their personal surroundings, as opposed to having to seek care from a dedicated care-home. They are a client-centred company.

The main reason mum is able to live in her home is due to the care she receives. Clarity provides that care. Mum has trust and confidence in her carers and that makes her feel safe. A care plan is made to meet mum's specific needs. They deliver care with compassion, respect and dignity. Regular meetings
with the care manager. Mum and myself ensure that Mum's needs are met and any issues are problem solved. The whole team are friendly, approachable and supportive. For me, peace of mind knowing mum is happy and well cared for is invaluable.

First time of using Clarriots Care service. They are most reliable, trustworthy and keep us informed of any problems arising. The staff have built up a good relationship with my elderly parents, treating them with both respect and dignity.
