Despite being promised consistent support, I've faced several issues:
- Inconsistent Care: Last week, I had a day without any visits. The company seemed unaware of my needs and did not prepare for two of my regular carers being on holiday.
- Lack of Communication: I was told I would have the chance to meet new carers due to my small team, but this has yet to happen. It's concerning when I'm expected to accept unfamiliar caregivers without any introduction or shadowing.
- Poor Customer Service: When I tried to express my concerns, I encountered rudeness and a lack of empathy from the management. It's disheartening, as I had a good relationship with the company initially.
Given these experiences, it's sad to see how the standards have dropped.
