Clarity Homecare Ashford Reviews (11)
Over all time Clarity Homecare Ashford has 11 reviews.
I have been completely satisfied with the care we received. All the carers have been kind and considerate.
I have only been with Clarity Homecare for a few days, but the staff and carers are really lovely. They are the best care company I have ever had. The carers are so caring and supportive with everything, and if I need to ring the office, the staff are really lovely as well.
Thank you for your very kind words. I will pass this over to the team that supports you.
We've only had 4 visits. We're still getting to know each other and how we work, what needs to be done, and how we intend to do it. The member of staff is polite and willing to help where ever she can.
Thank you for your review. We hope we can continue to build a positive relationship with you both.
With all the care that my daughter needs I have found the carers willing and respectful, they usually try to communicate with her as she loves to chat with people.
I find the office manager very helpful especially if I need to make any changes to the calls.
Thank you very much for your kind words, it is a pleasure to support you all as a family and I know the ladies visiting enjoy it also.
Everything from the initial appointment to arrange care through to the actual care has been relaxed and informative. The carer is polite, very well turned out, is always helpful and wears the appropriate protective clothing at all times.
All staff had a very caring and sympathetic manner and good at their job. On very rare occasions they were rather late in coming which at the time caused a degree of anxiety. Because they were good, one forgave that.
Arrangements were straight forward to make initially and communications have been east and open since. Having the same carer has been a great advantage.
Does exactly what she is meant to do plus a bit more ie washing up/tidying if required.
Willing to adjust times when required to fit in with mum's arrangements.
Having contacted the provider and delayed my decision for other reasons, the provider came to our house to check whether we needed her or not. We did. She has been assisting with the care of my terminally ill husband with kindness, knowledge and respect and helping with household chores for 1 hour twice a day. She is very professional in her work and also has a very personable manner. We are delighted we found her and would not hesitate to give her an excellent reference.
I have only had the service for three weeks and is my first experience. It was recommended by a friend and I am extremely happy with the care/support which leaves me feeling happy for the day.
Our relationship with the carer who comes every morning is always on time to bathe and dress my wife is very good. Her manager and herself are always very helpful and can't do enough for us. They are wonderful people and a credit to Clarity Homecare Ashford.
