My mother had a short stay in hospital and the manager went above and beyond liaising with different agencies to ensure that everything was in place before my mother was discharged from hospital. Her staff used risk assessments and care plans to support my brother with his individual care needs from good infection control practices to receiving his medicines in a timely safe fashion. The service and advice she provided were reviewed by my wife and me and we discussed this with her stable team of staff who became extended members of the family. They have without a doubt made my brother's final years a positive and happy experience. We feel very blessed indeed to have found Clarity and this particular manager at the helm.
