Irene has dementia and her partner died. Family lived a great distance away or were elderly themselves. Clarity's staff did everything to care practically day to day (4 x per day) they treated her respectfully and allowed her to be involved in the decisions about meal choices, etc. They took Irene shopping and accompanied her to the funeral home. Communication - there is a care app so I could follow what care had been given and by whom. The office staff were very diligent in answering emails and keeping me updated, which made communication with social workers easier too. And the different carers in the home communicated well, leaving updates for each other on a pad in the house so nothing was missed. Care was funded by local authority but extras were fairly priced.

Really excellent workers and values consistency so you do see the same faces rather than an endless carousel of new people like some other agencies. The people who run it are really amenable to working with you on whatever it is you need. Occasionally there is a little disorganisation which stopped it being a 5 star but it's not common by any means. Would recommend to a friend.

Knowing carer going to mum's every day gave me peace of mind. The day I found mum very unwell the carer came into the house with me. This made such a difference & helped stopping me panicing she gave me advice on what to do & supported me. I will always be grateful to her.

We've had a very poor experience of 2 previous Homecare providers in the area for my elderly father so when clarity care were appointed I didn't hold much hope. How wrong I was, I cannot give enough praise to the staff and care coordinator. They have completely restored my trust, faith and confidence in the service. Consistent carers, who provide above and beyond wonderful care with attention to detail which makes all the difference. The care coordinator conducts herself like she's caring for her own family, she does more than her job description states. They have improved the quality of life for my father and I'm truly grateful. I cannot praise them enough wonderful first class service which I can't recommend enough.

Clarity Homecare based in Radcliffe Manchester under the management of a very capable first-rate manager has been outstanding in the care of my terminally ill brother over the past several years. From the outset, we have been impressed by the professionalism and dedication shown by this manager and her remarkable team. As the years progressed my brother's needs had increased to the point that he needed 24/7 care at home. Her staff used risk assessments and care plans to support my brother with his individual care needs from good infection control practices to receiving his medicines in a timely safe fashion. The service and advice she provided were reviewed by my wife and me and we discussed this with her stable team of staff who became extended members of the family. They have without a doubt made my brother's final years a positive and happy experience. We feel very blessed indeed to have found Clarity and this particular manager at the helm.

After having problems with a few care companies to suit my mom's needs, we found Clarity Homecare, angels sent from above. Mom was so happy in her final year of life. They treated her with love, compassion, respect and dignity. Been using Clarity now for about six weeks to provide social support for my Mum a couple of days a week. Was going so well that I arranged 5 consecutive days to allow me to take a short break. All went smoothly. The carer goes above and beyond and Mum enjoys her company. Manageress is friendly, constructive, and helpful. So far, so good. Happy to recommend it as long as new clients don't take the carer from my Mum!

Clarity Prestwich has been coming to my mother for approximately 4 years now. My mother now has advanced dementia and clarity is seeing this journey through with me. They have known her in her better years and they therefore understand what it is like for us as a family. The carers are kind and compassionate and have a good understanding of how to speak with my mum. I'm very pleased with the service I get and would highly recommend Clarity to anyone who requires our services.

All the carers are great with Mum, the apps really good to get daily updates on how Mum's doing, they are so patient with Mum in getting her up and ready and general care and administering meds. Overall very happy.

My mum has been using Clarity Homecare services since May 2022. The manager at Bolton has personally managed the services needed and has constantly reviewed my mum's needs. Her assessments of the client’s needs and the care team are second to none. They not only care for my mum, but emotionally support me too. It is so very true that the whole team care for their clients as if they are their own family. I can’t really ask for anymore can I? The service offered is second to none, which is pretty amazing in the current climate. I hope this review is helpful to someone. My father had to be admitted to hospital yesterday and our carer was amazing helping to get Dad ready. Giving him a body wash, making sure he'd eaten before he went in and explaining everything to the ambulance crew. She also kept me calm and made sure Dad had all he needed to take with us in an overnight bag. Even the ambulance crew commented how good she was at her job. I feel very lucky to have found such a caring company.
