My mother had a short stay in hospital and the manager went above and beyond liaising with different agencies to ensure that everything was in place before my mother was discharged from hospital. The carers themselves have been caring and understanding, treating my mother with dignity and respect whilst understanding her needs.
Having the same carers has provided continuity of care and fostered positive relationships. It was the right decision to change to Clarity Homecare. I now feel confident that my mother is being well looked after.
Been using Clarity now for about six weeks to provide social support for my Mum a couple of days a week. Was going so well that I arranged 5 consecutive days to allow me to take a short break. All went smoothly. The carer goes above and beyond and Mum enjoys her company. Manageress is friendly, constructive, and helpful. So far, so good. Happy to recommend it as long as new clients don't take the carer from my Mum!

All the carers are great with Mum, the apps really good to get daily updates on how Mum's doing, they are so patient with Mum in getting her up and ready and general care and administering meds. Overall very happy.

My mum has been using Clarity Homecare services since May 2022. The manager at Bolton has personally managed the services needed and has constantly reviewed my mum's needs. Her assessments of the client’s needs and the care team are second to none. They not only care for my mum, but emotionally support me too. It is so very true that the whole team care for their clients as if they are their own family. I can’t really ask for anymore can I? The service offered is second to none, which is pretty amazing in the current climate. I hope this review is helpful to someone.
