We are pleased to hear that Hallie has built positive relationships with her regular staff team and that they understand her needs well. Consistency of carers and building trust with the children and families we support is something we place a strong emphasis on, particularly within complex care packages.

We also acknowledge your comments regarding training. As the service has grown and we have taken on more complex support packages, we have recently strengthened our internal procedures around induction, shadowing, and competency checks to ensure that all staff are fully prepared before working independently. This includes additional supervision from senior carers and management to maintain the high standards expected by families and professionals.
