Great service from south Manchester carer for my son, by Amaan, Farah and Richards. I appreciate the support and great care. They have set a good timetable which fits my sons needs, and they are always available and willing to help me.

The service is flexible to suit our needs and we had settled in well.

I can call and make changes at different points and wherever possible (which is most of the time) this is accommodated which is crucial for the people we work with.

South Manchester care have been really great to work with. In particular, their staff member Kelly provides an extremely high standard of care for my Mum, who has dementia. Kelly built an amazing rapport with mum from day one, and she takes really good care of her. She thinks of lovely activities to do, and treats her with warmth kindness and respect. I know they have fun and laugh a lot together too. Kelly is gold!

Excellent service, always on time, majority of the time provided with the same carer for my 12 year old autistic son, and when the main carer isnt there, its always a familiar carer, who knows my sons needs. Since joining South Manchester Care, he has gained more independent skills, enjoying time out more, and transitions have improved. The management are always on point with communication. 100% recommend to anyone in need of respite or care!

My son uses south Manchester care and the carers have been really good with him, he can be really difficult at times but they always try their hardest with him and if I've ever had any issues they get resolved straight away. I also really like how willing they are to always do activities with him when I ask

The satisfactory for care is due to staff being sent without training. As management do better.

Have an amazing carer called Kerry. Been the best experience I've had, fits into the family as a whole amazingly. Ultimately makes every at home and not awkward with a worker in the house. My other children love her and so does my daughter who she cares for. Sad to not have her moving forward due to circumstances. Hopefully the new carer is just as amazing as Kerry is. The company have listened to my thoughts and views and have met my needs with any issue. Didn't give full stars because I doubt I can find another carer like the one we already have

The team have been helping with my son's care over the past few months and everyone is so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. My son very quickly warmed to his carers and they have in turn become very well attuned to his needs. Thanks again!

South Manchester Care has always supported my son in his complex behaviour. I have been using their service for more than a year now and they have always showed professionalism in managing him both indoors and outdoor closely supporting his daily routine from school to play areas. He has shown progress because of their skilled staff who handled his severe behavioural challenges whenever needed 24/7.

My son loves his support workers ,they are very professional,kind,polite,friendly ve helpful. He cannot wait for Saturdays to have some 1 to 1 time with his carer. Excellent service! Thank you so much for making my son to feel very special and very important.

The staff are warm, friendly and understanding of my children's needs and our circumstances. They are relaxed and my children have trusted the carers immediately, which the carers have reciprocated at my children's pace. They are honest and impartial, responding to situational changes and are happy to be informed over how we deal with things, thereby facilitating stability and continuity for my children. I would highly recommend South Manchester Care to others who are in need of their services, I have absolutely no complaints. I do not know if I am allowed to name the carers so I won't, I will just say the five people we have had caring have all been wonderful!

My son has just started a couple of weeks ago and seems to be getting on with his personal assistant really well. His PA is extremely patient with my son and really building a bond. Everything seems to be running smoothly and I've ran into absolutely no issues.

Very happy with the service and I feel confident leaving my son in their care while I get on with things in the house or just have a cuppa. My son always laugh and smiles when they come and the carers are always singing to him

My son has been with his carer for around two years and will only allow him to take him out. He has been an amazing support and always adapts times to meet our needs when necessary. He is always on time or early if our son wants to go earlier. He is always calm and friendly and has a lot of patience. We are really lucky to have him work with our son.

Great service, friendly reliable workers, great communication and swift responses when needed. Great matching of support worker to my son and his needs/interests which has led to an ongoing really positive relationship to occur. Would definitely recommend their services to others.

South Manchester care have been great with my son , I was concerned with my son being non verbal and learning disability, but the manager came out and found the perfect carers for my son , he has the same 2 carers each week , and they have become very good friends, very happy
