South Manchester Care has always supported my son in his complex behaviour. I have been using their service for more than a year now and they have always showed professionalism in managing him both indoors and outdoor closely supporting his daily routine from school to play areas. He has shown
progress because of their skilled staff who handled his severe behavioural challenges whenever needed 24/7.

My son loves his support workers ,they are very professional,kind,polite,friendly ve helpful. He cannot wait for Saturdays to have some 1 to 1 time with his carer. Excellent service! Thank you so much for making my son to feel very special and very important.

The staff are warm, friendly and understanding of my children's needs and our circumstances. They are relaxed and my children have trusted the carers immediately, which the carers have reciprocated at my children's pace. They are honest and impartial, responding to situational changes and are
happy to be informed over how we deal with things, thereby facilitating stability and continuity for my children. I would highly recommend South Manchester Care to others who are in need of their services, I have absolutely no complaints. I do not know if I am allowed to name the carers so I won't, I will just say the five people we have had caring have all been wonderful!

My son has just started a couple of weeks ago and seems to be getting on with his personal assistant really well. His PA is extremely patient with my son and really building a bond. Everything seems to be running smoothly and I've ran into absolutely no issues.

Quite new to having carers for my autistic non verbal daughter. I would say amazing so far always communicate well and will chop and change as needed.. the cared my daughter has is really nice and my daughter took to her instantly. In my opinion no complaints so far so good

This is our first time using a personal assistant service, we were both wary for a number of reasons; client does not do well with changes, new people, places etc.
The client also has a very narrow circle of friends and family, who where not always understanding of his needs.
We both recognised we
needed some support, the clients social worker arranged for PA time, throughout term time.
South Manchester Care, provided three members of staff, (two core and one float).
All three met the client and myself in advance and in comfortable surroundings, provided background information and wore ID badges.
We now have an arrangement that includes the client attending a youth club and a day out to a place of his choice ie zoo, aquariums, play centres etc, every week. This gives time for me to relax or just catch up on housework.
Very happy with the way this is working.

Absolutely amazing service provided, 10/10 would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone, very supportive and understanding of needs, management are very good at maintaining a good level of communication with clients/service users

Very happy with the service and I feel confident leaving my son in their care while I get on with things in the house or just have a cuppa. My son always laugh and smiles when they come and the carers are always singing to him

My son has been with his carer for around two years and will only allow him to take him out. He has been an amazing support and always adapts times to meet our needs when necessary. He is always on time or early if our son wants to go earlier. He is always calm and friendly and has a lot of
patience. We are really lucky to have him work with our son.

Great service, friendly reliable workers, great communication and swift responses when needed. Great matching of support worker to my son and his needs/interests which has led to an ongoing really positive relationship to occur. Would definitely recommend their services to others.

South Manchester care have been great with my son , I was concerned with my son being non verbal and learning disability, but the manager came out and found the perfect carers for my son , he has the same 2 carers each week , and they have become very good friends, very happy

Excellent service! Couldn't be more happy with the quality of service South Manchester Care provide. They have great carers who put the time and effort in to getting to know my Grandad well. They look after him very well and he is always pleased to see them. We are very grateful for their help.
Also, they are always on time and accomodating when plans change. I definitely recommend them, 5 stars!!

Very pleased with the cleaning carried out on her fortnightly visits. All the people in the company that I've had dealings with have been courteous, helpful and a pleasure. Very polite and professional.

Instruct at your own risk! Appointed to care for my father who has dementia. As this is a fairly new company I put up with all their incompetencies with the view I will support a new business and they will learn and take on board feedback. The registered manager left due to fears of the company
being reported to the CQC and it affecting their progression in their nursing career. Also, the fact they don’t have a single policy in place and it’s illegal how they operate. They have one good carer which they use for the initial few weeks to procure clients and then it seems they send anybody. The contract I received was a cleaning contract which shows the lack of thought into the care agency aspect of the business. I wish I had left sooner.

Great services. They were very responsive and very friendly.
The people are efficient, and I love the work that they do.
I have a small apartment, and they come and clean up perfectly; I am also working during those hours as I work from home, so they come in and clean the apartment and then
leave.

Excellent service, carers are like cheerful friends. They are highly professional, caring and very tidy. Staff have treated him with kindness, and the manager has been a great help. He has made some excellent progress since we started the services with South Manchester Care.

We have been really happy with the service offered so far by South Manchester Care. All members of staff have been courteous and helpful. They have been quick to respond to enquiries and questions and always keen to make things easy for us. The carer they have provided for my dad has been great. He
is building a good relationship with him and my dad feels happy and cared for. I would be happy to recommend South Manchester Care.
