I have found this company to be very professional and helpful in every way. They really take my father's needs seriously and have helped me to get in the services he needs for him to remain in his own home. Even though the care is for my father they make sure they my 91year old mother is ok too and that she is coping as well. If they finish their tasks before their time slot is up they will sit and chat which I think makes this care company just the best. I don't live near my parents but knowing they are going in twice a day has taken a big weight off my shoulders as I know that twice a day they will see someone and if there are any concerns they will be delt with. Every visit is logged onto a sight that I can read daily to see how my parents day has been which makes me feel like I'm seeming them too. I would not hesitate to recommend this care company to anyone needing this service

Great service and attentive to the specific needs of my Dad. Quality interactions with leadership helped us define the best care in a difficult situation. We created a really good feedback loop that allowed both parties to benefit e.g. escalation of any issues or improving interactions at the home with my Dad to best help him. Top draw would recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a more caring team! amazing help.. Danny was my first contact and he made me feel so at ease arranging initial contact with our mother. Claudia and Danny met with Mum, she was really happy she could laugh and joke which she loved to do, at the same time they took mums care very seriously. We had the wonderful Felicity whom lived with mum, all but short time until we lost mum. Felicity was amazing support and really took the best care of Mum with the continued support of the Claudia and Danny we never felt alone in what was a difficult time, with mums ever increasing needs. I thank them very much for all there help! Highly recommend..

Alina Huntington have been fantastic from the initial meeting to the care visits for my Dad kind, compassionate and professional. Dad's took instantly to his regular carer and loves the visits with her.

We have just started with Alina Homecare for my mum. Both the carers and the office team are super lovely. I've been really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, and also their kindness and empathy, and excellent communication. They keep in regular contact and go above and beyond with their service. Nothing is too much trouble and they have taken a weight off my mind in regard to balancing my mum's care needs with looking after myself - their support is invaluable.

I can't recommend this care provider too highly. The initial assessment focused on me as a person and what I needed (I needed short term care after an accident). All the visits were punctual and I felt very confident with the carer in the house. Washing, dressing, breakfast and small household jobs were all seen to with kindness, compassion and real expertise. The individual touches that I requested on the first day were never forgotten - what I like in my hair, a small spritz of eau de toilette. I was also accompanied on short walks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider to any family needing confident, experienced and kind care for their loved one

The home care provider has been most supportive during a month which was quite difficult for us.We have had help with all types of housework as well as assistance with personal care when needed and always encouragement to keep going through difficult days. Time keeping is excellent and the carer brings a positive attitude with every visit. This helps us so much to get through the day.

My 84-year-old godfather lives in Huntingdon. He moved from the US back to an area with lots of family. Unfortunately about 2 years of living in the area his health was starting to become worse and the family we thought would be there to help, just were not able to. I inquired with Alina Homecare via email. I received a reply right away. I had plans to come to visit in late November and thought while I was there, I would interview a few places. The 2nd day I was there I had to rush my godfather to the A&E. Turns out he had pneumonia. The first thing I did was call the manager and Alina Homecare. In 2 days, we met, got a schedule started and all the paperwork was done and he was being cared for. I can't tell you how relieved I felt when I flew back from the UK to go home. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing home healthcare. They are kind, knowledgeable and really lovely people. They keep in touch and give him much-needed help and company.
