I have been using TLB 24H health care for 11 months now and sometimes I'm happy and sometimes I'm disapointed with the care I've recieved because some of the carers are really good and know my routine but some dont know my routine. They offer a good range of things when they come in call time but
the big problem is when they hoise me some carers put me perfect in my chair and some put me really wonky and uncomfortable. But overall I'm recieving good care and help.

All the carers are cheerful and competent, cheerfulness is important. The support team are very accessible and respond to my requests. I feel TLB 24/7 are a well-run company.

Staff are caring and friendly. All way seem bright and cheerful. Seem jouial warm doing duties. Really enjoy the company of my carers.

My Auntie is 92 years old, very frail and has no family near her, me her niece and 2 of her nephews visit her regularly but her day to day care (3 times a day) is taken care of by the team, mainly one fabulous carer who goes above and beyond whom my auntie trusts and thinks the world of. As a
family we couldn't do it without them and appreciate how wonderfully they look after her, keeping in touch with us at all times letting us know of any issues or problems. We feel very confident they always have her best interests at heart and that gives us great peace of mind.

Overall service provided is very good. My mother is please with the carers and the assistance she receives. Although on 2 occasions the tea time visit and night time visit as been within half an hour of each other?
I personally like to see the comments made by the cares when thay have visited via
the App.

I have been working with TLB 24/7 since they started providing care to my father in August 2025. Our main carer, Zondayi, is excellent and the management within the organisation so check in to make sure we continue to be happy with the service. Any issues have been resolved.

All really good so far , but keep changing times and carers when my mum gets used to a couple of them .they are really friendly but my mum gets used to Catherine and she's really kind and looks after my mum , when she's not in my mum misses her , the ones who come in between are really good , my mum

Having had a few 'teething' problems In October and November, the 1st week of December seems to be running better for my dad and me. As my main connection with dads carers is the Portal I know when he will be most comfortable. Generally care has been great for my dad, he very rarely complains and I
usually can tell when he is upset. This has been much better the last couple of weeks. I think carers have been good, often excellent! I know their's is a difficult and often thankless task, I thank them for their kindness and patience. When I have had cause to complain, never at my dad's request I might add, for the most part i've been satisfied with the teams response. This is much better over recent weeks and i've been pleased with the telephone operators and management team alike.
On the whole December is looking better than previous months and the continuity of carers and care dad is receiving now is much better for him. Hopefully all this will continue for him. Thankyou

I have received great service from my carers, as they consistently give their best efforts when delivering my care. I find it easy to communicate with them, and they understand my needs without difficulty. The staff are very friendly, and I particularly appreciate that the organisation maintains
regular carers, which makes everything significantly better.
