View Full Details of Penuel Care Services LtdFollowing several hospital stays during the summer my Mum needed extensive follow up care.We did get daytime care but unfortunately the local authority didnt provide overnight care which we desperately needed to make sure Mum was safe. In addition Dad had a recent dementia diagnosis so it wasn't a straight forward situation . We turned to Penuel Care .Lena could not have been more helpful and answered all of our questions with compassion and patience.Lena was able to arrange a member of her staff to stay over really quickly and it gave us some respite as well as assurance that Mum was safe. Excellent company to deal with and although Mum has turned a corner and we only needed help for a month we would have no hesitation in contacting Penuel care if we needed further help. As matter of fact they would be my first port if call .
As a family we would highly recommend Penuel Care Services. Very professional, very efficient and lovely to deal with. Mum says her carer could not do more to ensure that her every need is met. Very competitively priced. Their care, kindness, professionalism, trustworthiness and reliability make them worth every penny.
I'm really pleased with the care my mum has been given. All staff have been really friendly and helpful and mum looks forward to the visits. She loves her chats . I Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care of a loved one .
My mum is really pleased with the excellent service and thoroughly looks forward to each visit. She is always clean, fed and happy each and every time we speak with her. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.
I engaged with the care agency as I wanted social support to take my 88 yr old out into the community to visit places he might enjoy. The carers treat my Dad with dignity, respect, are very bubbly, helpful and seem to really enjoy their job. They have taken my Dad to various places like cafes, museums and other places they could think of. 3 weeks from the start of the service my Dad is able to suggest places and tell the carers what he enjoyed and what he didn't. The carers are great at keeping me up to date with their plans. The service has been a life saver for me as I was struggling with my caring role as my Dads behaviour was getting very out of control as he was bored at home as he's very isolated. Such a fabulous opportunity and service.
