We were strongly recommended to use Visiting Angels by a health professional, and we are so pleased we did. We needed a quick solution when my father was discharged from hospital on New Year's Eve, and Visiting Angels provided a wonderful live-in carer at very short notice when others couldn't. Our carer is excellent and a perfect match for our parents, and the members of the management team in the office are communicative, responsive and give a very personal service. Any issues we have had have been swiftly ironed out. All in all, a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Visiting Angels.

The carers we have are very good and very kind to my mum.all the people I have dealt with are very helpful. They all have nice personalities and are very patient with my mum. I am very happy as my mum is quite deaf and they are very patient with her.
