Overall care and support was good. Only thing the time period was short which was not their fault. The carers were friendly, and interaction was good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this healthcare service to my friends and family.

Loddon Healthcare was proactive and contacted me when they saw I was looking for some extra care support. Responsiveness to my needs was good, training went smoothly and quickly, and I was receiving good quality care within days of first contact. Considerable flexibility and support were provided
particularly during the holiday period. Highly recommended.
