I used Alina Homecare Stratford on Avon for the first time in August 2025 and again in December 2025 to provide a daily visit to my mother, initially when I was on holiday and again when I was unable to drive following knee surgery. My 87 year old mother has Alzeimers and lives alone with her dog.
In short, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff who cared for my mother were friendly, caring, respectful and provided peace of mind to know that she was being cared for whilst I couldn't visit. Alina's Manager at Stratford on Avon is really lovely and went over and above to ensure Mum was well cared for; even waiting with her until we could get there (2.5 hrs drive), when she had lost her keys and locked herself out in the pouring rain one day . Also, Alina uses an online app to report on meals/drinks taken, tablets taken and mood during each visit which is very reassuring when you are in another country and another time zone. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
