My daughter is comfortable and happy in the company of who work with her daily and overnight. She enjoys a range of activities and is supported well in her personal health and wellbeing. Staff are always pleasant, friendly and caring. They make her feel valued and part of the community. She
maintains independence through decision making and is supported to achieve. This runs through all aspects of her day to day activity. Staff are very patient and deal with any health issues or crisis immediately and efficiently. I am very pleased with the care and support my daughter receives.

Care Consult ID have provided care for my 47 year old daughter for the past 9 months. She has Autism and ADHD and a number of mental health difficulties. The care provided has been understanding, kind and thoughtful. The support workers have built up trust over time and have helped to build my
daughter's confidence and skills with the overall aim of increasing her independence in due course.
