All the carer’s from Civicare (Beds Herts & Bucks) Ltd are so considerate to Dad's needs and are so warm and friendly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services no matter what they need.
They are so flexible with anything that is asked and always willing to go the extra mile.

My husband was taken care of for many years, with excellent care provided and helpful to all his requirements on a daily basis.
Enjoyed their company and chats as homebound, morning and lunchtime calls provided.
My husband had the same carers on a regular rota, good service from the manager.
Passed away 02/08/2022.

Great carer sent for personal care for my 90-year-old father. Just the type of person we asked for. He is reliable and almost part of the family now. The office supplies details of the rota each week and communicates well if there are any alterations (which is rare). They are a flexible and helpful
company and to be recommended.

Civicare have been looking after my elderly father for around five years now, the staff are professional and friendly, I would 100% recommend this company.

Carers are polite, sensitive and extremely helpful. They help immensely and nearly always have a cheery disposition.

I'm very happy with the service that is being provided for my father.
Civicare have taken all dad's needs into account and his care is provided by a consistent carer wherever possible.
Communication between dad's carer, myself and the office is excellent, which is critical for me and my piece of
mind, living so far away.
Over and above everything else, the professionalism of Civicare does not get in the way of providing a caring, approachable and friendly service.
