All the carers that Agincare have provided for my mother who has dementia have been lovely. If ever there is a problem, the manager listens and puts things right immediately. I can recommend Agincare for both domestic and live-in carers.

I have been with Agincare for many years. I have such excellent care, my carers are punctual and friendly and I feel so safe when I’m with them. I have multiple sclerosis and I cannot do very much for myself. I need a hoist to get into a wheelchair or a chair, so I’m hoisted very safely by my
carers. I have a good quality of life. Thanks to good care, without my carers I don’t know how I would be. A service user like myself should have total trust in their carers, fortunately, for me, I have total confidence and trust in my carers. I have given them five stars, I wish I could give them six!

Very reliable and excellent service. Very professional, friendly staff. Without them, I would suffer to wash or shower myself and cook and clean my flat as I am unable to do it myself. When calling the office they are very helpful. I would well recommend Agincare to everyone.
