My Dad has visits 4 times a day and we've always found the carers to be kind and caring but yesterday Steve visited and I just wanted to let you know how pleased Mum was with him.
Steve always makes a point of reading Dad's care notes before he arrives so that he's aware of any changes or issues
but we've also noticed how pro-active he is - Mum found him ironing one of Dads shirts yesterday as he said it was looking a bit creased. It's so nice to know that a carer is noticing how Dad's clothes look. Dad does like dressing nicely but it's so easy to fall into just wearing joggers and a jumper for comfort/ease when you're sitting in a chair all day. Thank you Steve!
A thank you also to Kath who as well as looking after Dad last night also made sure Candy the cat was comfortable. It was obvious Candy was coming to the end of her life and she sadly died early this morning but Kath had cared for Candy too. Thank you Kath!

We used All about you to help support my elderly father who was struggling with a deterioration in his health and needed help with personal care and household tasks
The staff were excellent. We had the same small group of carers so dad was able to get used to them . They visited on time never let
us down. They were professional and caring and looked after him very well . Very friendly and chatty which dad enjoyed. After the visit the detail of the visit went in the App and we were able to see what had happened at the visit. It gave us as a family great peace of mind .
Unfortunately dad continued to deteriorate and one morning the carer that visited found him in a poorly state and rang the ambulance and family and stayed with dad until they arrived and looked after him and reassured him. Dad unfortunately died a few days later in hospital. I can highly recommend this care agency and thank them for helping us keep dad at home for as long as possible

I'm really pleased with the care that my mum is receiving from All About You care services. I've tried other care providers in the past but they would arrive at different times and simply ask mum if she needed anything doing, when she replied no, as she usually did, they just left. Rebecca or Zoe,
who are mums regular carers, always arrive on time at 9 am and always stay for the half hour that we have asked for. If nothing needs doing they'll stay and have a cup of tea and a chat with mum. It's provided a regular good start to the day for my mum who is suffering from mild dementia. I've noticed a real improvement in her mood since Rebecca or Zoe have been visiting. I particularly like the app where the carers leave daily feedback and describe how my mum was on the day and what they have done. As I live some distance away it gives me peace of mind that she's ok. I highly recommend All About You.

I have been with All About You Care Services for about 6 years. I have had the same domestic cleaner for all this time. I am really satisfied with her and very happy to continue with her. She is reliable & friendly, but is aware what I need doing to help me. She carries out all her work in a
professional manner and keeps my flat fresh and clean. I could not ask for more.

My dad died in April this year, and me and brother was left with mum. We had been caring for mum up till we needed help big time. Lovely lady and old school friend told me about. All about you. I spoke on the phone with a lovely lady who is the manager... She listen to my story and said they would
be happy to help me and my brother care for mum. The manager pop out to see me and mum. Now me and my brother have a little bit much needed time off from mum. Mum like the carers and is happy. The cares do a hand over to senior mem driver and off she goes for the day. Thank you for listing when you cant see a light at the end of the tunnel. There was light and you help me find it for me and brother. To get a bit of our live back.

All of the team treat my sister as a family member always putting her needs first. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and caring. They are always on the lookout for activities that would suit my sister. Overall I would say my sister has had excellent care for all the years she has lived there.

My wife is being cared for by yourself on three visits a week at present. I am sure we are going to need more help going forward. May I forward a little potted history, you looked after my mother for 10 years, a lot of which were 4 double standard shifts a day. She was totally incapacitated, not one
hint of a sore, fantastic! I arranged for you to care for my wife's Aunt for 2 years. In November 2024, I rang you up at the office to get help for my wife and lo and behold, a familiar voice, sorted! There are several staff and management who came to my mother, who are involved with my wife. Every member of your staff over at least 12 years, all gold stars.

I am very happy with the service All About You Care provide to my mum and I know she is also. We as a family feel very reassured since you've been going to Mum - she seems happier in herself and knows that she can now go shopping safely which she loves. Also loves the chats she has with her carer.
From the initial telephone call I cannot recommend the staff enough - thank you.

All About You - Outstanding Home Care
On 8th May 2025, my mother came home from hospital under palliative care, having been told she was too frail for the surgery she needed and unlikely to survive it. We were told she had only days left.
Eight weeks on, she's still with us, not just surviving,
but comfortable, dignified, and receiving truly compassionate care. This is all thanks to the incredible team from All About You.
The carers visit four times a day in pairs and have been nothing short of exceptional. They support all my mum's personal care needs, preparing her food and giving her medication with empathy, respect and a smile.
Every carer has treated her as an individual, with professionalism, patience and genuine care. Thanks to them, she's at home feeling safe and supported. We cannot thank them enough.
They've given us precious time we never expected to have. Highly, highly recommended.

When I became ill and need carers I didn't hesitate in ringing All About You. Its 10 yrs since my husband died, we then had another company before yourselves, the carers looked after my husband so well I never forgot. Then I found out a couple of carers were still working for what is now All About
You Care and remembered them to me after all them years. I admire all the carers for the work they do and they are so friendly on every visit. God bless all of them.

We have received nothing but the best care and support from the All About You Care team, going above and beyond. All the carers are hardworking, kind and sensitive and have a great rapport with my mother. They have never once let us down and as a family we can only thank them a million times.

The care my mum received from All About You was excellent. The care team were always respectful and mum was treated with dignity at all times. The carers were very observant in any changes required. A very kind and caring team. Whenever we phoned the office regarding any changes the team were very
helpful and always tried to accommodate. The communication between the office and the care team was very efficient. I can highly recommend All About you to care for your loved one.

Been with All About You care for over 3yrs now.
I wouldn't have any other care provider.
Tried others but come up well short of this company.
The level of care and friendliness of the team make you feel that a friend is attending your home instead of in/out with no communication as with other
care companies.
Always flexible with times due to my regular hospital appts.
5 stars for carers and office staff and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional care company.

My mum is cared for very well. The care team go above and beyond. They make my mum feel respected and relaxed and some of them feel like family. Their carer is especially caring with both my parents and will do anything for them. I live in the south so I have the knowledge that mum is cared for in

I am very grateful for the carers who help me throughout the day/evening with a family member who is not very well.
We work hard to keep the person to stay at home who is a lot better being at home with a family member who looks after her every day.

Both my parents have required the help of All About You care services over the past 5 years. I couldn't have managed without the help of Julie and her excellent team. I found they went above and beyond their duties to keep my parents safe and well. I have no hesitation in recommending them as I
understand getting the help of carers is a difficult decision to make.
