Finding the service very helpful, knowing that he will see somebody every day is very reassuring for his family. He seems very happy with all his carers and we have noticed he brightens up when they arrive. We are very happy with everything so far.

Bluebird have been coming over the last 6 months to help my husband who is increasingly disabled. They are so well trained and pleasant to have coming here - not only do they do everything to help my husband but when there's time they do some ironing to help me as well. Thank you Bluebirds.

Trust, trusting, trustworthy... Bluebird (Twickenham) have, via their wonderful carers allowed us to have trust in them, be trusting of their abilities and know that, they are all trustworthy. Now that should be enough but, Maria, Jisna, Lourdina, Joyce, Dinushi, Ramona, Kanan, Naz, Kate, Kamala,
Nana, Tunde, Sheela, Chizoba, Soumya and Shimrandeep (and probably a few others I can't recall) have all been so caring and kind to my Mum and have enabled us to keep Mum at home for which I will always be so grateful. The saying goes 'be grateful for the time you have with your parents' but, we are also thankful for the time my parent has with Bluebird. They have also helped enormously in providing information on care that you just wouldn't know as a lay-carer for a loved one. So glad we chose them. Thank you. John.

My mother has been receiving three 3 daily visits from the dedicated Bluebird Team since having a stroke last year, enabling her to stay in her own home and receiving help with both practical and care needs. Her main carer has been absolutely marvellous in all aspects of her care.
Recently she had
a further bleed and after a week in hospital returned home quite weak. Bluebird were able to provide one of her regular carers to live in for a week. The care was professional at every level, we were kept updated and regular assessments on her progress given. The carer was observant with attention to detail, from calling on medical help to deal with an infection to raising the chair level, cooking favourite meals, providing conversation, encouragement and reassurance.

Bluebird have done a brilliant job carring for my elderly mother after she became very ill with shingles.
She was bedridden for 2 months and had a live in carer, looking after her day and night.
This level of care was essential as she was unable to do anything for herself and it also allowed her
to stay in her own home whilst she recovered.
The care give was of an exceptional level and highly professional standards.

The carers who looked after me for two weeks were well qualified and experienced. They were friendly, efficient, sensitive to requirements and always punctual. The back-up admin and supervision were also good.

Bluebird responded straight away to our request for carers to provide company to my mum at home who is living with dementia. The carers and office team are professionals and work together to respond to changing needs as they arise. A year and a half later we still have the same two carers who
initially visited along with others mum has come to know. They are very kind and have become an invaluable part of daily life. We are now looking at live-in care options with Bluebird. So thankful that mum is being supported to continue doing the things she enjoys and to remain living in her own home.

From the moment i contacted Bluebird they were so efficient and quickly set up the care i needed for my husband. This was 24 hour care and everything worked so well. All the carers were punctual and helpful and in particular in the last week of his life the carer who was there every day and attended
with compassion all the complex needs of my husband was everything i could have wished for and helped me through this sad week. Another carer looked after him at night and was there to hold his hand and calm him down when he got restive They were a team and i cannot thank them enough..

Bluebird provided 2 carers to look after my 97 year old mother after her stroke. Their response was fast, efficient, flexible and just what was needed. The carers were caring, professional, easy going, smiley, personable, reassuring, compassionate - couldn't be better. No complaints. Very good
value.

I would like to thank you all so much for helping us when our mother needed emergency care suddenly. Your office team stepped in at the last minute, and sorted out care for my mother even though it was out of office hours. The carer came early in the morning, and looked after my mother efficiently
and with smiles! My mother loved her day with your carers - they were both so sweet to her, and looked after her perfectly. We will definitely recommend your service, and will be requesting help from you again in the future.

My mum.has had excellent care from your service since late 2024 which has made life much easier for her at home. Your carers and support team have provided a really holistic service for her and made her very comfortable and safe . She now is going to be moving to a care home but we thank you so much

All the girls who came to the house originally three times a day were unfailingly helpful and I kind. I often had not enough for them to do so I sent them away! They usually arrived more or less on time which was so important to me, not that I have other things to actually do. I imagine the
travelling to be hard as they seem to come from quite some distances, and there isn't time arranged for the travelling time for them to be able to keep to the required appointments.

Bluebird Twickenham provides weekly care for my mother, and I cannot praise them highly enough. From the start, their professionalism, kindness, and reliability have been outstanding. The carers are compassionate, attentive, and always go above and beyond to ensure my mother is comfortable and well
cared for.
One of the things I appreciate most is the consistency of care. My mother has formed a great bond with her regular carers, which makes a real difference in her well-being. They treat her with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand her needs and preferences.
The office team is also fantastic - communication is excellent, and they are always responsive and accommodating. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mother is in such capable and caring hands.
I highly recommend Bluebird Twickenham to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care. Their dedication and kindness have truly made a difference in my mother's life.
