All staff at Candlelight Care were fantastic. All provided excellent care and support for my momther and us the family. My mother looked forward to their visits. Candlelight encouraged my mother to become active where possible.

All staff were kind, friendly, helpful and very professional. I was instantly put at ease and listened to. The team bridged the gap between barely coping and returning to a degree of normality. Thank you.

All of the ladies that came were very good, patient, kind and were always checking to see if there was anything else that I needed doing. Nice meeting them all and I was glad of them helping me when I came out of hospital.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Only thing was sometimes long wait in the mornings, and not sure what time to expect people to come in. Was a big help for me when I came out of hospital to have this help. Thank you.

From day 1, my father was in the best possible hands. All the carers were brilliant, caring, nurturing and most helpful. My father could not wish for better care and support. Nothing was too much for the carers to do and assist my father in every possible way. When he was admitted to the hospital,
he kept asking to go home because 'my carers can look after me better'. Those are his own words. We (the whole family) can not thank you enough for the support and love he received. THANK YOU.

The attitude and quality of the service continues to be of a good standard in the large majority of cases. The carers are well dressed and generally have a cheerful manner. They seem patient with my wife's difficulties and limitations, tackling new problems in their stride. The care plan is
generally adhered to, any issues arising are discussed during the six monthly review, the plan being adjusted where necessary.

Staff always polite and cheerful. They come when they told me they would. They fed my husband, meals I prepared, again cheerfully & encouraging him to eat. They always treated him with respect, encouraged him to try to help himself - turn over - stand up using the Mackworth - attempting to climb.

All caregivers that my mother met were wonderful, she had nothing but good things to say. The caregivers I met were kind and helpful and helped us through the tricky first week or two after my mother was discharged from hospital.

I have found all the carers to be cheerful, helpful and courteous. Some go above and beyond what is required, and some carers see what is needed without being told. Many of the carers are very encouraging and let you know if you have made good progress. They try to get you to think positively.

Candlelight are fantastic. Mum suffers with depression, anxiety and dementia. Under previous carers she was struggling massively and suicidal. Candlelight taken her on and the difference in mum has been amazing. They really care, mum is treated with respect, dignity and compassion and is absolutely
thriving under them. She now smiles, talks and even laughs! We simply cannot thank them enough for all their support with mum. They are truly wonderful.

Without exception the Candlelight Care carers who have looked after my husband on two occassions have been wonderful: advising on equipment and organising its provision, going above and beyond their remit to obtain suitable medications and always being positive, encouraging and above all good
humoured. Well done Candlelight!

My wife is now a resident at a local care home, she has dementia. Candlelight provide a carer at the home twice a week for 2 hours each visit. This allows me to carry out urgent tasks and medical appointments on those 2 days, whilst providing support and companionship to my wife. The carer is
wonderful and my wife considers her a friend, allowing even the most intimate support. I am not sure that I would be able to cope without this marvellous support.

We enjoy great service from Candlelight Care. My 94 year old mum has a morning visit which gets her up, showered and ready for the day. Every carer has been kind, considerate and professional. We have one regular carer, who is wonderful. She chats to mum and makes her feel special. We are delighted
with her service and support.

Please to have the help I needed. I am enjoying the help to stir me to try and keep order. I now can invite people in to see me. It is just enough help to keep me doing more myself so my life has improved. I would definitely go downhill without this encouragement.

I received kind and considerate care from a range of carers. They were always helpful and did whatever they could do to help me regain as much independence as possible. I would like to express my gratitude to all members of the team.
