Christies have been excellent in providing carers of the highest quality for my Mum during her last weeks of life enabling her to remain at home with my father. Both carers also provided support for my father at the same time through some of the darkest weeks of his life. They were kind caring and
always knew just how manage him and when to take a step back. Christies took the stress out of finding carers who we knew would be of the highest quality and we would always be happy to welcome either of them back.
Its not a cheap option but in this world you pay for what you get, and the service from other companies we have used does not measure up to that of Christies

Christies have been wonderful, firstly with my mum, providing personal and general home care. And then after she passed away, continuing to provide care and companionship to my dad.
All the carers are friendly and professional, and always welcomed back.
It takes the stress out of finding
suitable carers and making sure there's a rota lined up. A very dependable and friendly company to deal with, who still care about caring.

Christie's Care enabled my mother to remain in her own home which was exactly what she wanted and they did this ensuring her dignity and independence were maintained. From making initial contact with Christie's Care the advice and information given was clear and appropriate about the process of
arranging a live in carer for my mother and the associated costs were transparent. Staff were able to arrange care at short notice, within 3 days, and were proactive in helping arrange my mother's discharge from hospital. The carers provided were professional, approachable and above all kind and caring towards my mother which meant that her final weeks were lived on her own terms feeling safe and secure in her home.

We can't express our thanks to Christies enough for giving us temporary support and help for our holiday in Suffolk. Each team member has been a pleasure to have met and have provided excellent care.
If it wasn't for Christies we wouldn't be able to have a holiday in such a lovely part of the
country.

We had a wonderful live in carer for my father that suffers with Dementia and Incontinence, both of which are incredibly hard for my 82 year old Mother to cope with.
We had a wonderful live in lady come and stay for. 4 days and nights, to tend to my Dad, so I could take my mum away.
The lady was
amazing, She managed his dementia and his incontinence without a hitch.
Dad was well looked after and treated with dignity and kindness through the four days, she even got him reading a book with her which is something he hasn't done in some time, and was really lovely to see.
Fresh cooked meals every day and friendly companionship was marvellous.
We returned and my Dad had been well looked after and in good spirits. Mum looked like a new woman, and was truly grateful for the break. she now knows she can go away and not be worried constantly.
We will be booking this service regularly going forward. I'd recommend their service to anyone.

The service we received from Christies Care has been excellent from the very beginning. Well organised, clearly explained and superbly executed. Would definitely recommend Christies. The carer bonded immediately with the client, and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great experience with Christies care, the carer was unobtrusive abd dealt with any issues my Mum had with her dementia with no problems. Great record keeping and was good to be able to know what was going on with the app.

This was the first time we have used live in carer and were naturally apprehensive. However Christies were very efficient and reassuring. The lady who came to assess made us feel comfortable and confident. The carer they sent us was absolutely brilliant. The first day she was there she came across
a problem, which she swiftly dealt with, it was not easy for her as our gp was full to capacity and she was passed between 111 and the pharmacy and eventually sent back to the GP .She was very professional and capable and looked after my parents so well, cooking for them and even washing the clothes. We could not have wished for a better person to care for them. She also worked well with our regular carers to double up. As a retired professional myself, I can honestly say I couldn't have done better myself. Wouldn't hesitate to use Christies again.

Christies care were very knowledgeable and consciencious from the first phone call.
They set up a unique care package for my mum, and it worked very smoothely.
My mum was very well taken care of, and very safe.
The carers were all professional and personable.

We have successfully used Christies over the past 5 years to cover my mother's live-in carer's breaks. That carer is now leaving, and we have decided to move all Mum's care over to Christies. The New Client Team has been very helpful and responsive, in scheduling in carers that Mum has
particularly liked in the past, and also finding a carer at very short notice when we had to start the arrangement early due unforeseen circumstances. The quality of the carers in Mum's team is really excellent, thank you Christies.

We had a very happy time together.I was cared for with thoughtfulness and kindness.I appreciated the pleasure that caring gave her.I had a good four weeks and was helped enormously on the road to recovery by her company.She fitted easily into my life and adjusted very quickly to her new

We had a wonderful respite carer for my dad when he wasn't very well, she was brilliant with him and he has asked if she can come back again. Overall our experience with live in care and hourly care has been excellent and I cannot recommend Christies Care enough.

We have been so impressed by and grateful for the amazing level of care provided by two carers. Both brought such warmth, professionalism, thoughtfulness, sensitivity, good humour and utter reliability to their work. My parents' health improved greatly as a result of this continued dedicated help
and the whole family has benefited from knowing our two precious elders are in safe hands. The support team have worked at short notice to meet our needs and we could not recommend the company more highly. Thank you!

I could not talk more highly of the live in carer, who looked after my father whilst we were away for a few days. She was exemplary, she got the measure of my father straight away and made a real bond with him. When asked by Christies Care if I would be happy to have the carer again, I responded
that I would positively ask for her in future.

My 98 year old aunt contracted a chest infection that weakened her to the point where she fell trying to go to the bathroom. Christies Care were able to supply live-in respite care from the following day.
The carer they supplied was brilliant and my aunt was delighted with the care, support and
encouragement to regain her mobility. Her carer was an excellent companion, accompanying my aunt to lunch and social engagements to maintain her normal lifestyle.

The carer who came to look after my wife for a few days last week met or exceeded my expectations. This was the first time I was able to take a break in a couple of years and it was great to be getting positive feedback whilst away.

We had a live in carer move into our home to care for my elderly mother for two weeks so we could go on holiday. The communication before hand with Christies Care was very good and the carer was exceptionally helpful and good humoured with my mother. The carer built up a great rapport and kept us in
the loop, enabling us to answer any quick questions whilst we were away. Our teenager was home for the second week and again, they got on very well with the carer. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Christies Care 24/7 live-in care package and will certainly use them in 2025 when we go on holiday.

We have had the pleasure of using Christies Care to provide respite care for my father several times over the last 18 month. In all cases, the carers were all fabulous and embraced the needs to adapt to my mum and dads unique requirements. The back office team also kept in contact regularly making
sure the next block of care was timed perfectly. All in all a perfect service that made mum and dad feel confident and secure in the care provided.

My mother has had a live-in Christie's carer for about two months now. She was initially very reluctant, but soon responded to the well-trained, tactful, discreet, and friendly carer. After two weeks she had to move to another pre-arranged booking and we were very sorry to lose her, but the new
lady was equally good and had to cope with a deterioration in my mother's condition after a fall while out with my brother. The carer has been very flexible and has been quick to find ways to calm and reassure my mother. She has also been very tactful and flexible in her dealings with the wider family. Christie's new client team are quick to respond and have provided very sensible and useful advice. I chose Christie's because of their commitment to training and their outstanding CQC rating. The carers also report that they are well looked after and I am sure this is reflected in the care they are then able to provide to much loved family members. I have been very impressed.

It's been a strange year since my dad passed away leaving Mum on her own in their house. However with these guys giving Mum the best possible care and attention it's been a bit easier. Having the updates from the care team has put our minds at rest on countless occasions. They've shown compassion
and the highest professionalism many times. I can recommend these guys enough.
