The 2 carers who visited 4 times a day for a few days were very dedicated and sincere.
They looked after the patient like a family member and ensured his safety and comfort.
The carers explained the medication and ensured that the patient was cleaned while maintaining his dignity and made him feel
comfortable while he was in a lot of pain.
It made him feel better during his pain and suffering.

I truly appreciate the efforts of Eleanor Nursing and social care for the well-being of clients and one of their staff members, in particular, has been an excellent carer to my daughter. She has been attentive and has a lot of empathy.

Eleanor Nursing and Social Care Ltd have been providing me with care since July 2023. All the carers I have had have given me the needed support and treated me with dignity and gone the extra mile to ensure that I am always comfortable. I could never have asked for anything better. Any issues I have
had and called the office, staff are on hand to resolve the matter swiftly. Thank you to all, especially my present carer for a good job done.

A kind care worker always checks in to see what my mother needs to be done, is always punctual, and puts effort into her work. Communicates very well. Keeps hygiene up to scratch, and cares about her job. Whether it's helping wash my mother, or giving her fruit, or tea she's a kind carer.

Eleanor Nursing & Social Care - home care is excellent. When I call the office they help and send a nice and good patient carer. And I think Eleanor is the best care home for my partner. Excellent. Thank you and all the best.

My mum's main carer who comes to her 6 days per week is the best carer. She keeps Mum clean, well fed and happy and dances with my mum, but when the main carer is on leave, 80% of the carers that are sent in her place cannot manage my mum and I have to help whilst trying to work.
In recent months I
felt that the carers have not been trained correctly and need more training for someone who has dementia and I have complained to Eleanor Care's manager who listens to everything I say well. Fortunately Eleanor has taken into account everything I have said and the carers being sent have improved dramatically.
There is still room for improvement in training the carers to be able to manage better patients with dementia, talking to the patients with a softer tone of voice, also to be able to use the recliner chairs correctly and any other machinery used at home by the patients.
But all in all I am happy with this service, feel I can approach Eleanor Care and know the matter will be resolved

We were in a difficult and urgent situation with my aunt's care and Eleanor was the only company that was able to accommodate and find a solution for her in less than 2 weeks. And more than that, the carer she has is professional, thorough, kind and understanding. She is taking great care of my
aunt, at the same time respecting her dignity and accommodating her independence, a very important aspect for her. It is very important for us to know that my aunt is safe, and well taken care of, and we can only express our huge Thank you! to Eleanor Care.

Our carer is the best, he is very respectful and well-mannered, he treats my dad like family. He is thorough and ensures Dad has all he needs. He is a huge support to me, personally, knowing he is looking after Dad reassures me beyond words. He is kind and gentle with Dad. He is a credit to your
company. You could not have chosen a better carer for us. There are no words that can explain how thankful we are. We have had lots of carers from different companies, he is the best.

Since my son has received the care from Eleanor Care he’s progressed a lot, the carers they have given me are exceptional and considering my son has autism and challenging behaviour sensory issues health issues anxiety they have helped him progress a lot. I’m very grateful for the care that my son
receives the standard of their care is at a high level it has made my life a lot easier as I have a little one also who is only 20 months old.

My elderly father became a client of Eleanor in April and in the space of a few weeks, we are struggling to remember how we managed without them. The carers are extremely professional, very kind, patient and hard-working. They are respectful of my father's needs, and his dignity. and are always
happy to go above and beyond their duties. The only thing I wish to convey in this review is our gratitude to Eleanor and their wonderful carers.
