Evelyn Grace cared for my late mother-in-law who had complex care needs. The care they provided was exceptional and we felt very supported as we navigated her deteriorating health and end of life care, which was handled without exception with compassion, dignity and respect.
When my father-in-law
started to need care at home, we knew who we wanted to provide it. Again, we have not been disappointed. The team are reliable, professional and compassionate. We are notified without delay of any concerns they have and everything is accurately recorded.
The team go above and beyond and the thoughtful touches such as the chocolate advent calendar and Christmas dinner cooked to order does not go unnoticed! They are an amazing team and we have no hesitation in recommending Evelyn Grace.

I was discharged from the hospital following total knee replacement. My son had recently died, and I was alone. Initially, I had AM and PM calls, but then discontinued evening as I improved. The carers who came were all prompt, cheerful and aware of my circumstances. They were helpful, willing and
encouraging and undertook personal care and household tasks as requested - even filling my bird feeders. They supported and encouraged my confidence and mobility. The management was very helpful and flexible with any change i requested.

All care was excellent and very professional It was so good to have a very friendly conversation at every stage of my care. It was most welcomed Carers would be able to do anything I wished at any moment.

My father used this service for the past couple of years. The team are great, very supportive of both the client and family during times that have been quite demanding. My circumstances (and children!) dictate only a modest need for home care - a little personal hygiene and some other thankless domestic tasks, but also with a measure of enforced socialising. Every day a selfless carer will get me washed and dressed, and make the bed; all the while stimulating
thoughtful conversation and emptying the bins! Seven days a week, it is a priceless part of each day. Negative thoughts are always rapidly dispelled, thank you all.

I am so grateful to have discovered Evelyn Grace and wish I had known of them when my late husband needed carers. From very hands-on management to all carers they do actually care, always cheerful, kind and aware of any needs or difficulties in clients' lives and conditions, never clock watching and
on very rare occasions when they will be later - always a phone call to notify. Cannot fault on any aspect.

Evelyn Grace have been helping care for my elderly mother for over a year now. The care and support both my mum and I receive from all of the staff at Evelyn Grace is absolutely wonderful. They are all so caring, patient, professional, supportive, attentive the list of accolades they deserve is

I cannot recommend Evelyn Grace Ltd enough!
We have been using their services for almost two years to support my father who suffered a stroke, and the level of care and professionalism they've provided has been exceptional. They support us seven days a week, twice a day, and every visit has been
carried out with kindness, competence, and genuine compassion.
The staff and management are truly superb; they are attentive, respectful, and always go the extra mile to ensure my father's needs are met.

Evelyn Grace cared for mum up until her passing in December 2024 . The entire team were always providing the care that mum required and went beyond there requirements at times when i was not around or if extra help was required. If i called for guidance or help , it was never a problem . All the
team members were friendly ,and most of all kind to mum in her needs and mum loved having them around with her. I would thoroughly recommend Evelyn Grace to any friends or family who require 1st class care .

Evelyn Grace provide wonderful care for my father. I feel very reassured that he receives the greatest care when they visit him and that he is treated with kindness and respect. The carers are all friendly and take time to chat to him whilst they are visiting. I don't know what I'd do without them!
Communication with the office is also fantastic and I always receive an instant reply if I ever have any questions.

My mother has been receiving a daily visit from Evelyn Grace carers for some months now. Although she has a number of favourites, all are caring and deliver a good service. Any concerns, changes or feedback are welcomed by the management team and acted on very promptly.

Evelyn Grace cared for our late mother until her passing. The carers and management team went above and beyond to look after our mother, and we knew she was in safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone for queries, questions etc. I would highly

My experience with Evelyn Grace has been primarily over a 3 year period when this delightful, caring team supported me increasingly over slow decline of my husband to the point of his passing. More recently they have supported me through recovery from a hip replacement. If ever a team has a sense
of service this team has. They join the client wherever they are and show compassion and humour and brighten and ease difficult times. Thank you dear Team so very much.

Evelyn Grace was a real blessing in what had become a minefield of health and care support which was not always well coordinated and centered on what my mother's wishes and needs were. They came at just the right time for us, when things had become difficult and it was proving a challenge to meet my
mother's overriding wish which was to die in her own home. From start to finish, they listened, tailored their care exactly to what my mother's needs, were and included the family in all that they did. Responsibility for positive outcomes for my mother sat squarely on their shoulders which hasn't always been our experience of others lately, and they demonstrated real teamwork in delivering their care. What a great bunch of people and we are certainly glad they were in our corner. Thank you to all.
