Founded in memory of the owner’s own grandmother in 2008, the agency seeks to offer a service of outstanding care to older people living in their own homes.

The agency is a passionate advocate for carers and understands that their service is only as good as the care team delivering it. I am so grateful to have discovered Evelyn Grace and wish I had known of them when my late husband needed carers. From very hands-on management to all carers they do actually care, always cheerful, kind and aware of any needs or difficulties in clients' lives and conditions, never clock watching and
on very rare occasions when they will be later - always a phone call to notify. Cannot fault on any aspect.

Evelyn Grace have been helping care for my elderly mother for over a year now. The care and support both my mum and I receive from all of the staff at Evelyn Grace is absolutely wonderful. They are all so caring, patient, professional, supportive, attentive the list of accolades they deserve is endless.
I feel extremely lucky to have them help care for my mother. Nothing is too much trouble. They really are the best in caregivers. The manager and the recruitment manager and all of the team you are all amazing thank you so much.

The care that my mother hs received from Evelyn Grace Ltd has been second to none. The carers are kind and thoughtful and make my mum feel at ease when assisting her with her personal care. Evelyn Grace Ltd have been really responsive to requests, easy to deal with, are flexible and just a pleasure

I cannot recommend Evelyn Grace Ltd enough!


We have been using their services for almost two years to support my father who suffered a stroke, and the level of care and professionalism they've provided has been exceptional. They support us seven days a week, twice a day, and every visit has been

carried out with kindness, competence, and genuine compassion.


The staff and management are truly superb; they are attentive, respectful, and always go the extra mile to ensure my father's needs are met.

Evelyn Grace cared for mum up until her passing in December 2024 . The entire team were always providing the care that mum required and went beyond there requirements at times when i was not around or if extra help was required. If i called for guidance or help , it was never a problem . All the team
members were friendly ,and most of all kind to mum in her needs and mum loved having them around with her. I would thoroughly recommend Evelyn Grace to any friends or family who require 1st class care .

Evelyn Grace provide wonderful care for my father. I feel very reassured that he receives the greatest care when they visit him and that he is treated with kindness and respect. The carers are all friendly and take time to chat to him whilst they are visiting. I don't know what I'd do without them!
Communication with the office is also fantastic and I always receive an instant reply if I ever have any questions.

My mother has been receiving a daily visit from Evelyn Grace carers for some months now. Although she has a number of favourites, all are caring and deliver a good service. Any concerns, changes or feedback are welcomed by the management team and acted on very promptly.
I would highly recommend Evelyn
Grace as a professional, caring and flexible team who deliver peace of mind and a good service for the money.

Evelyn Grace cared for our late mother until her passing. The carers and management team went above and beyond to look after our mother, and we knew she was in safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone for queries, questions etc. I would highly recommend
them, and if ever I'm in a position to require care for a family member, then they are the only people I will call. Huge thanks to the whole team for your dedication and commitment. You are all diamonds.

My experience with Evelyn Grace has been primarily over a 3 year period when this delightful, caring team supported me increasingly over slow decline of my husband to the point of his passing. More recently they have supported me through recovery from a hip replacement. If ever a team has a sense of
service this team has. They join the client wherever they are and show compassion and humour and brighten and ease difficult times. Thank you dear Team so very much.

Evelyn Grace was a real blessing in what had become a minefield of health and care support which was not always well coordinated and centered on what my mother's wishes and needs were. They came at just the right time for us, when things had become difficult and it was proving a challenge to meet my
mother's overriding wish which was to die in her own home. From start to finish, they listened, tailored their care exactly to what my mother's needs, were and included the family in all that they did. Responsibility for positive outcomes for my mother sat squarely on their shoulders which hasn't always been our experience of others lately, and they demonstrated real teamwork in delivering their care. What a great bunch of people and we are certainly glad they were in our corner. Thank you to all.

I knew of Evelyn Grace Ltd as they cared for a neighbour of mine some time ago. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention I received from all of the individual carers who visited me. They saw me through a very difficult time and I would absolutely recommend them.

Evelyn Grace started supporting my mother-in-law when it became obvious that she could no longer manage her own medication. Slowly but surely over the years, she needed more support as both her memory and her mobility worsened. As her needs changed, so did the level of care that she required and the
team at Evelyn Grace was with her every step of the way. As her social circle diminished they became important as friends, as well as carers. They offered reassurance when needed and always made time for a joke and a chat. They were there for her throughout lockdown providing continuity and care when it was difficult for her family to visit.


The managers and carers at Evelyn Grace were not only friends to my mother-in-law but also the whole family. We were in regular contact regarding her changing needs and how best to meet them. Their experience was invaluable and their advice was welcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend Evelyn Grace Ltd.

I don't know where to start! I only have 1000 words to sum up Evelyn Grace, this is nowhere near enough! Evelyn Grace has been caring for mum for 5 years, initially twice a day for support. During mum's last few weeks, it was increased to 4 times a day and in her last few days, carers were with her
almost constantly. Mum was very strong-minded but she loved all of her carers dearly; they took time to have a chat and to know exactly how mum liked things done. We would never have managed with mum's last few days without the support of the Manager and the team. They fought on our behalf to get District Nurses to come to dress wounds and to get the critical care team involved. I will never forget how the carers, on her last day, washed and dressed mum with dignity, applying essential oils so that she smelt so wonderful. It was also lovely to meet the carers that we had only heard about in mum's last few days so we could say thank you. Thank you from my heart, you are amazing!

I cannot sum up into words, how great the Manager and her team are. They befriended Mum, made her feel supported, listened to, loved and "never a bother" in her words. Mum had care initially three times a day, moving on to four times in her last few months. The girls were always accommodating, however
cantankerous Mum could be! Mum in her last few years didn't leave her flat, so looked forward to hearing the girl's stories about their families and news on the outside world. Mum relied on the girls for her every need, washing her, heating her meals, making her burn toast with lots of butter(Mum's request!) Nothing was ever too much for them. Mum only had kind words for you all. Thank you to the whole team for the support they gave us in Mum's last few days - they smiled, gave us hugs and reassured us. The girls are angels in disguise and will always hold a constant spot in our hearts! Fond memories and a ton of thanks to you all. I promise cake often.

Emma is the founder of and Registered Manager for Evelyn Grace. She had a vision for a unique care provision for older people living in their own homes following an intense period caring for her own Grandmother – Evelyn Grace – and finally saw this realised when she launched the agency in 2008.


Her academic and professional roots are in nursing, having gained a plethora of experience in both hospital and community settings, and achieving academic status to master’s level in the advanced nursing practice of older people.


As Registered Manager she oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the agency while continuing to drive it forward with a determination that ‘care really should mean care’.

Rebekah joined Evelyn Grace in 2013 as part of the care team, but her vision for creating a professional group of domiciliary carers who feel nurtured, supported and valued, quickly saw her become part of the Management Team.


She is responsible for the day-to-day running of Evelyn Grace; onboarding and mentoring new carers, and ensuring all clients are afforded dignity and respect in care.
