This provider gives me twice a day reassurance and help during the week and once at weekends. Consequently all my family know that I am both OK and well looked after - attending to washing and dressing/undressing needs, assurance about my personal hygiene and also any help with tasks I can no longer manage on my own. They also by chance provide me with stimulating company morning and evening - ensuring too that I have a plan for eating. They also supervise any tasks like laundry etc.

Fantastic care and support given by all members of staff. Staff are very helpful and are always available to give advice. All carers go above and beyond and the standard of care they all provide is absolutely amazing.

I have received care from Evelyn Graces for nearly six months. Returning home from a long hospital stay after a stroke at a relatively young age I was keen to get the care I need to live comfortably on a daily basis. I am not elderly and did not want to be treated as such. From the outset I was impressed by the company's ethos and the reasons behind its establishment. The first person I met was the owner Emma. I immediately got the sense of a professionally run team. And indeed here management team are all wonderful individuals. The is also reflected in the care team who are all super friendly and a pleasure to welcome into my home. The care team bring light to the start of the day. I can have a good chat and a laugh with many of the carers. I confess I was not looking forward to having visiting carers, but the Evelyn Grace team have taken away all those concerns.

Trying to find excellent care & support for someone you love is hard but having Evelyn Grace look after my Mum proved it is indeed possible. Mum received the care, support & attention to detail she needed - nothing was ever too much trouble & if there was a curve ball EG handled it - I will always be grateful for their honesty, kindness & support for Mum but also to us, her children, who were trying to find excellent support within a system that was alien to us for the first time - EG showed us time & time again that Mum was what mattered & their knowledge, professionalism & understanding of care, families & individuality shone through. I completely trusted them with Mum and based on our experience would highly recommend them to care for a loved one - R & E are fantastic Managers who lead their caring staff by example. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier & happy for my Mum.

Evelyn Grace Ltd are simply the amazing care you would want for any relative. From the very first meeting to arrange carers for my Mum, I could tell their whole approach centred on the client as a whole person as opposed to just their needs. The managers took a hands on approach, supporting us all through the process of setting up the care she needed and quickly organised care earlier than planned when I was suddenly admitted to hospital. The team of carers took the time to get to know Mum and how her illnesses affect her and can vary, so each visit they adapt their approach and care as required. Evelyn Grace is both professional and loving in their approach, with fantastic organisation and liaison between managers and carers. Their flexibility and willingness to do anything to meet both Mum's physical and mental wellbeing needs, without any concern related to timings, is amazing. Knowing she has such amazing care three times a week provides daily reassurance for Mum and myself.

The care your team provide is second to none. I was so pleased with the generous and gentle care given to my mother in her last few months of life. I would recommend Evelyn Grace to everyone I know and can never thank them enough for their support.

Evelyn Grace cared for my late mother-in-law who had complex care needs. The care they provided was exceptional and we felt very supported as we navigated her deteriorating health and end of life care, which was handled without exception with compassion, dignity and respect.

I am so grateful to have discovered Evelyn Grace and wish I had known of them when my late husband needed carers. From very hands-on management to all carers they do actually care, always cheerful, kind and aware of any needs or difficulties in clients' lives and conditions, never clock watching and on very rare occasions when they will be later - always a phone call to notify.
