Emma is the founder of and Registered Manager for Evelyn Grace. She had a vision for a unique care provision for older people living in their own homes following an intense period caring for her own Grandmother – Evelyn Grace – and finally saw this realised when she launched the agency in 2008.
Her academic and professional roots are in nursing, having gained a plethora of experience in both hospital and community settings, and achieving academic status to Master’s level in the advanced nursing practice of older people.
As Registered Manager, she oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the agency while continuing to drive it forward with a determination that ‘care really should mean care’.
Rebekah joined Evelyn Grace in 2013 as part of the care team, but her vision for creating a professional group of domiciliary carers who feel nurtured, supported and valued, quickly saw her become part of the Management Team.
As Registered Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day running of Evelyn Grace; onboarding and mentoring new carers, and ensuring all clients are afforded dignity and respect in care. Motivated by a holistic approach to care provision, Rebekah works with determination to advocate for both older people and care workers, seeking to raise their profile and value in the community.
