Founded in memory of the owner’s own grandmother in 2008, the agency seeks to offer a service of outstanding care to older people living in their own homes.

The agency is a passionate advocate for carers and understands that their service is only as good as the care team delivering it. With this in mind, they seek to actively support both the physical health and mental wellbeing of their team. The Evelyn Grace leadership team are actively involved in the care provision of their client base, working alongside the carers in calls.

Individualised person-centred care is at the forefront of call planning, and the Evelyn Grace team is focused on providing a holistic style of care that reflects the unique needs of each person.

Evelyn Grace Ltd cared for my mum for several years. The care provided was excellent. The carers were always kind and considerate to Mum and managed her care needs very well. If extra care was required at short notice they always managed to meet that need. I would have no hesitation in recommending

The amazing carers at Evelyn Grace supported, not only my mum, but also myself as Mum's dementia progressed rapidly and I had to find a care provider to help me. They gave Mum love, care, respect, compassion, dignity and understanding, even on challenging visits. They are absolute professionals and
are the only company I would recommend. I can't thank them enough for caring for my mum and also supporting me when I struggled to cope. This company is amazing and they are all angels, everyone of them.

In ten months, I have made a group of friends who understand me and contribute hugely to my welfare. All my basic personal needs get their attention, and much more than that, genuine concern for my well being is the norm, and, without exception, I am always stimulated by the daily visit. My life has,
in fact, been transformed and domestic survival facilitated by the love and energy every carer brings. At a personal level, I am a different person as a direct consequence of the manner and style of each carer. The help with routine chores - for example bed changing, washing up, home laundry, meal planning and on line shopping is priceless.

What a fabulous team! Professional, flexible and reliable. They listen and work closely with us get the right sort of care in place. Evelyn Grace has, from the outset, taken a responsible attitude towards my wife. The attendance from the beginning of the care towards my wife has been excellent. Emma Devenny

Emma is the founder of and Registered Manager for Evelyn Grace. She had a vision for a unique care provision for older people living in their own homes following an intense period caring for her own Grandmother – Evelyn Grace – and finally saw this realised when she launched the agency in 2008.


Her academic and professional roots are in nursing, having gained a plethora of experience in both hospital and community settings, and achieving academic status to master’s level in the advanced nursing practice of older people.


As Registered Manager she oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the agency while continuing to drive it forward with a determination that ‘care really should mean care’.

Rebekah joined Evelyn Grace in 2013 as part of the care team, but her vision for creating a professional group of domiciliary carers who feel nurtured, supported and valued, quickly saw her become part of the Management Team.


She is responsible for the day-to-day running of Evelyn Grace; onboarding and mentoring new carers, and ensuring all clients are afforded dignity and respect in care. Motivated by a holistic approach to care provision, Rebekah works with determination to advocate for both older people and care workers, seeking to raise their profile and value in the community.
