Evelyn Grace cared for our late mother until her passing. The carers and management team went above and beyond to look after our mother, and we knew she was in safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone for queries, questions etc. I would highly recommend them, and if ever I'm in a position to require care for a family member, then they are the only people I will call. My experience with Evelyn Grace has been primarily over a 3 year period when this delightful, caring team supported me increasingly over slow decline of my husband to the point of his passing. More recently they have supported me through recovery from a hip replacement. If ever a team has a sense of service this team has. Evelyn Grace was a real blessing in what had become a minefield of health and care support which was not always well coordinated and centered on what my mother's wishes and needs were. They came at just the right time for us, when things had become difficult and it was proving a challenge to meet my mother's overriding wish which was to die in her own home. From start to finish, they listened, tailored their care exactly to what my mother's needs, were and included the family in all that they did. Responsibility for positive outcomes for my mother sat squarely on their shoulders which hasn't always been our experience of others lately, and they demonstrated real teamwork in delivering their care. I knew of Evelyn Grace Ltd as they cared for a neighbour of mine some time ago. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention I received from all of the individual carers who visited me. They saw me through a very difficult time and I would absolutely recommend them.

Evelyn Grace started supporting my mother-in-law when it became obvious that she could no longer manage her own medication. Slowly but surely over the years, she needed more support as both her memory and her mobility worsened. As her needs changed, so did the level of care that she required and the team at Evelyn Grace was with her every step of the way. As her social circle diminished they became important as friends, as well as carers. They offered reassurance when needed and always made time for a joke and a chat. They were there for her throughout lockdown providing continuity and care when it was difficult for her family to visit.

The managers and carers at Evelyn Grace were not only friends to my mother-in-law but also the whole family. We were in regular contact regarding her changing needs and how best to meet them. Their experience was invaluable and their advice was welcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend Evelyn Grace Ltd.

I don't know where to start! I only have 1000 words to sum up Evelyn Grace, this is nowhere near enough! Evelyn Grace has been caring for mum for 5 years, initially twice a day for support. During mum's last few weeks, it was increased to 4 times a day and in her last few days, carers were with her almost constantly. Mum was very strong-minded but she loved all of her carers dearly; they took time to have a chat and to know exactly how mum liked things done. We would never have managed with mum's last few days without the support of the Manager and the team. They fought on our behalf to get District Nurses to come to dress wounds and to get the critical care team involved. I will never forget how the carers, on her last day, washed and dressed mum with dignity, applying essential oils so that she smelt so wonderful. It was also lovely to meet the carers that we had only heard about in mum's last few days so we could say thank you. Thank you from my heart, you are amazing!

I cannot sum up into words, how great the Manager and her team are. They befriended Mum, made her feel supported, listened to, loved and "never a bother" in her words. Mum had care initially three times a day, moving on to four times in her last few months. The girls were always accommodating, however cantankerous Mum could be! Mum in her last few years didn't leave her flat, so looked forward to hearing the girl's stories about their families and news on the outside world. Mum relied on the girls for her every need, washing her, heating her meals, making her burn toast with lots of butter(Mum's request!) Nothing was ever too much for them. Mum only had kind words for you all. Thank you to the whole team for the support they gave us in Mum's last few days - they smiled, gave us hugs and reassured us. The girls are angels in disguise and will always hold a constant spot in our hearts! Fond memories and a ton of thanks to you all. I promise cake often.

The amazing carers at Evelyn Grace supported, not only my mum, but also myself as Mum's dementia progressed rapidly and I had to find a care provider to help me. Evelyn Grace has, from the outset, taken a responsible attitude towards my wife. The attendance from the beginning of the care towards my wife has been excellent. All over Covid, bad weather, covering all calls they did not miss. This combined with a friendly attitude and willingness to please is very noticeable.
