I am very happy living in this care home. I am treated well and any problems are solved for me. I have help when I need it and cared for very well. I have a daily lunch with other people and partake in games, etc., organised for us.

My mother lived at the Limes for nearly 12 years. Her flat is in a separate part of the Limes building, shared with only one other flat which provides privacy and quiet. She loved to spend her time in the living room of the flat which overlooks the garden and the activity in the central area of the
town. She felt safe on the first floor yet she had easy access to the ground floor and garden via the stairs or via the elevator available exclusively for the use of the 2 flats. She had a very good rapport with the Limes staff, one in particular. The staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient. Mum often had visitors staying overnight in the Limes guest suite which was always well maintained. She felt at home in her flat; warm, safe and cared for.

My mum spent a wonderful period of her life at this assisted living home, and we couldn't have asked for a better place for her. She felt genuinely safe and well cared for, which gave us real peace of mind. There was always someone on site, so help was available whenever she needed it.
The
availability of meals and regular cleaning made life easier and more comfortable for her, and it meant she could really enjoy her time without worrying about day-to-day chores. Most importantly, she was happy - and that means everything.
The location was a real bonus. Excellent transport links made it easy for her to stay connected with family, including convenient travel to Norway and access to a nearby train service. The village itself had great amenities too, so she always had what she needed close by.
Overall, we're very grateful for the care and environment she experienced. It made a real difference to her wellbeing and gave us confidence that she was in the right place.

Having a friendly carer arriving daily has made a big difference to our morning. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Each week we get a rota which tells us who is coming and at what time . Everything done with a smile.

I cannot praise this company enough. Each and every member are so friendly and professional. They completely understand my Aunt and her needs. They have effortlessly become an extremely valued part of her daily routine, and as a family member I feel supported and am kept up to date on a daily basis
on the outcomes of visits via the online portal. I have also contacted them a personally a few times and this is welcomed. I have and will continue to recommend.

During this month of rotten weather the carer has arrived pretty well on time for my one evening visit. Quite often I have a visitor who shares my evening meal which is nicely prepared and cooked. The staff have been very good company and kept me amused.

I simply can not rate Guild Care highly enough.
They conducted a lengthy and in-depth assessment of my aunt right at the very start, providing a detailed care plan around her needs. This was done with humour and compassion and was thoroughly professional.
Every single carer is exemplary. And
Guild has worked well to provide my aunt with the same carers each day whenever possible.
This is a highly professional organisation with dedicated and compassionate staff.
If you or perhaps a relative of yours needs some care and support in their own home, then absolutely go with Guild.

My mother received such excellent care from the team at Guild Healthcare. The company is staffed by the very best, loveliest of people. Each of the carers helping Mum was professional, kind, empathetic and thoughtful. It was very hard for Mum to accept the help that she needed at first but each
member of the team treated her with huge dignity and sensitivity so that she came to look forward to their visits. It gave us complete peace of mind to know that Mum was so very well looked after. The team took great care to include us in the planning of the care package and we were always kept fully informed. They were able to adapt the plan very quickly when Mum deteriorated and needed much more care. When outside agencies needed to be involved they acted on our behalf to get them engaged. We couldn't have asked for more from them. I can recommend this company completely and will be forever grateful that we found them.

High-quality environment, with very caring and efficient staff. Very good food made freshly every day, available in the dining room or can be taken in one's own apartment. Regular events throughout the year, where one can socialise, as well as the lunch times. This review refers to The Limes in

All are very helpful and pleasant and willing to do anything, like cleaning, changing sheets, etc. Very reliable, keeping to times as much as possible.

Have help to get up to get up at 8am, then helped to shower and dress. Carers are all helpful. I am assisted at bedtime and helped into bed.

As the full time carer for my partner, I am well supported by the practical care for her and for advice and encouragement. She is treated with respect and warmth. Carers are on time and carry out all the tasks we need. I am completely happy with the organisation and confident that we have the best
possible service.

The staff have always been really friendly, trustworthy, very caring towards dad, and will change shifts to accommodate any unexpected appointments etc.

All staff are courteous and reasonably prompt, if they were late would apologise. Staff gave the impression that they cared, it was not just a job.

Mum has been receiving a morning care visit since October 2020. She has got to know the same staff well and they are always on time.
They prepare her breakfast, make her bed and have a chat, and are always cheerful and friendly.
Mum looks forward to her daily visit, and I feel confident that she
is being well cared for and trust that they would take appropriate action if needed.
Records are accurate and the service appears to be very well managed.
It is a great relief to the family that Mum is receiving such excellent care.
