JB agency do a good job of caring for my mum. 3 visits a day. Day time visits (morning and afternoon) staff are consistant, evening and weekend more variabily of personel. However the staff attention to care plan is very consistant and they are personable and respectful. 6 monthly review process

The review was friendly, helpful and reassuring. I discovered that JB Agency was able to offer further support services that I hadn't been aware of, and this has helped me feel more able to cope during a challenging time in our lives.

Fantastic service, very detailed review of care for my mother. Looking at additional time & duties to support her on a daily basis. Great understanding of my mums conditions and medical needs. Great observations of the home and health and safety.

I have received care from JB for nine years, and I have been treated with loving care and kindness often pointing out me becoming unwell before I realised myself, this medical intervention earlier. They (the office) work hard to try and maintain a close knit team of known carers to me.

My father has been treated with kindness and respect by all staff involved with this agency. His views and wishes are always taken into account. His review was thorough and positive and it gave us opportunities to discuss certain aspects of his care plan. His carers allow him to do things for
himself if he is able which helps to continue to promote my father's independence. We are extremely happy as a family to know that my father's health needs are being met ibn a friendly, compassionate and professional manner.

I cannot recommend JB Agency enough. They are the best carers. They prioritise the client and their needs and treat them as you would hope. They go above and beyond to ensure the best care for the client, I have experienced many different care companies and JB Agency are, by far, the best.

Where do I start. Dont know how we would manage without our 2 carers.
They both go above and beyond. So caring and keep me upto date with all things. They treat my Aunt with care and dignaty and nothing is a bother.

My daughters experiences with the carers supplied by JB agency Homecare is of the highest calibre. She enjoys the visits by them. She looks forward to their time with her and their usually happy times. There is normally an international flaudor which makes for a time of banter between them. They are
very attentive and knowledgeable in what they are doing.

Staff are very friendly and make Dad comfortable in his own home, which was a real struggle in the beginning because he didn't want anyone he didn't know in his home

My mum finds that the carers are friendly, attentive and maintain her dignity, and she is happy with the care she receives. The agency have been responsive and accommodating to requests for time changes when needed, and they regularly provide feedback.

Our carers are two people who treat us with courtesy. They are helpful, trustworthy and very competent, as we are both prevented from caring for ourselves due to age/stroke/arthritis. They enable us to continue to live in our own home.

Excellent personalised care. Our family have used the services from JB Agency for over 30 years. The carers are competent, genuinely kind and cheerful . What I most value about JB Agency is their understanding that health issues are not lineal. People's needs can change over night and JB Agency is
absolutely supportive and makes changes to fit needs as best as possible. My mind is at rest knowing that my mother is being cared for by staff at JBA.

My mum was supported for just over a year by the staff from JB Agency, who reliably looked after her with kindness and respect. Their support was invaluable as she struggled with declining health and dementia.
