I cannot praise this company enough. The ladies that visit - the reporting of visits and the communication between us the family, and the carers/company, is 100%.
We live out of the city in a very rural area so visits aren't easy and quick, but still we receive a service that shows our parents are
in very safe hands. Queries and requests are flagged promptly and we know who is visiting and when. We are very grateful indeed for the service we receive.

Kemble are excellent,excellent communication via a messaging app and telephone,lovely people when you meet them,and doing an excellent job looking after my elderly friend who's like a second mum to me,kath is finding them all lovely and so helpful

Mum is very happy with Kemble At Home she looks forward to her carers visits who are friendly make her feel at ease and do everything they can to help her.
The family group app is a great way of communication between Managers,carers & family,having the weekly rosta each week is great as we can let
Mum know her times & days for following week.
All in all we have only been with Kemble House for couple of months but Mum and ourselves are very happy with the help & service that is provided.
This review is also written with Mums consent as she is the client and says her carers go above/beyond and are lovely ladies so thank-you ladies.

The care provided by kemble care has been excellent to date they are very caring and do everything that she has asked them we are happy with the service you are providing so far it has taken the pressure off me tremendously so I can concentrate on looking alfter her brother my partner now

Kemble have provided respite care to my father in the past and this has been excellent; the initial contact was easy and the manager came out to my father's home to do an assessment, it was a very personal experience. Once the care had been set up I was provided with a rota of who would be coming,
and a social media group was created, which allowed me to ask questions during my holiday and for them to notify me of anything, although they didn't, any minor issues were resolved without need for my input.
On the last occasion in June 2025, my father was taken ill whilst I was away, Kemble ensured that a GP was called immediately and my father was taken into hospital. Kemble liaised with the hospital regarding his release and kept me up to date; they were totally flexible in the care provided to meet my father's changing needs and, with very little notice, were able to continue the care well past the originally agreed end date.

Kemble have excellent staff that have such a personal touch for my Fathers needs.
My Father lost his wife over 12 months ago, I have LPA over my Father but live far away and can only visit monthly. Kemble set up a group App & if I have any issues ( not that I have had any ) everyone within Kemble
is aware of any changes to visits, medication, appointments etc, it gives me great piece of mind. Keep up the good work.

Kemble provide total support for my sister who, due to a debilitating disease, is unable to carry out any tasks for herself. I can relax knowing she is in caring, safe hands through 4 visits of 2 carers a day. They carry out all tasks from personal care, feeding and lots of cheerful social
interaction. This has become particularly important to us since the death of my sister's husband last September. I always know that someone is always keeping an eye on her, and the communication is fabulous: I am always informed of any issues that need my input or that I need to visit urgently. As I am the sole family member and am 40 minutes away this helps me enormously and allows me to relax and carry on a normal life while my sister is so reliably cared for.

My Father had live in/stay over care for nearly three years. He had one constant exceptional (5*) carer who brought light and laughter into his life and always went over and above the call of duty. She anticipated and cared for his every need, really understanding his personality and participating
in his interests and passions. She built good relationships with his medical team and his friends and neighbours. She became a friend of the family.
Four other carers came and went, two in negative circumstances. After the initial meetings setting up the care package, the management team did not interact with me often and personnel changed a number of times without me being told. As my Father's health deteriorated and his needs changed, management did not communicate with me to help reassess his needs and offer further support to my Father, the carer or me, until it was too late. I was surprised that Kemble was not able to offer night care to facilitate my Father staying in his own home.

We have recently increased the frequency of care visits to my parents following a period of time where my dad was unwell. As he is primary carer for my mum (who lives with Alzheimer's), we needed daily visits at varying intervals as dad recovered. The staff at Kemble at Home are unfailingly helpful,
concerned and adaptable to our needs. They respond within the hour to requests and prompt, inform and advise as necessary. The group app is immensely helpful to relay information. We have discussed further levels of care moving forward and my parents and I are confident in care Kemble can provide. Thank you.

The wonderful carers of Kemble at Home first came to help look after Dad in 2017. Following his passing and our Mum's diagnosis of dementia, they were our first choice for care at home. Mum felt very lonely, upset and isolated although we as her family were visiting often. In August 2021 it was
decided that care at home was needed, she did not want carers but as time went by she grew to love them all and enjoyed their company immensely. The care package was increased incrementally in line with the development of Mum's condition. The carers provided excellent care, they were kind, respectful, very supportive and went above and beyond to help her. As her family we were very grateful to know Mum was happy and enjoyed their visits at a very vulnerable time in her life. I had very good liaison with the office staff and the carers became part of my friendship group as well as Mums. I have no hesitation in recommending Kemble at Home to future clients. Thank you all so much.

Kemble at Home has provided excellent service to my father and my mother for the last four years until my father recently passed away. The care package was increased incrementally as his capabilities reduced, following a management home visit at each step. In the latter period, a small team of
carers provided outstanding personal care, despite his behavioural challenges, they went above and beyond our expectations. We have so much praise and thanks for the Kemble team.

We started using Kemble at Home five months ago and to date have had excellent care for our mother who has dementia. We wanted her to stay in her own home as this is where she is happy and this seems to be working very well. We have two carers who work on a two-week on two week-off basis and both
girls give our mother 100% first-rate care. She is very settled with them and stimulated as they take her out for drives in their car and arrange outings and meetings with her friends where possible. We are very satisfied with Kemble at Home and would recommend them.

We have been using Kemble for about 16 months to look after my 92 year old mother.
The carers are very caring and kind to Mum, she is forgetful at times and does not hear well at all.
Mum's quality of life has been improved by having someone to take care of her. She is eating well now and happy
with both carers she has.
It was difficult to get Mum to have a carer, but now she would not be without them.
It is also a great weight off my mind knowing someone is with her all day and night. The most important thing is that Mum is happy with Kemble.

I started using Kemble in June when individual day care visits ceased to be enough to look after my mother who is living with deteriorating dementia. The Kemble carers have made a huge difference to her life, not just in addressing the specific issues that were facing us in terms of her wandering
and putting herself at risk inside the home, but in providing her with regular, tailored home-cooked meals that she loves, keeping her clean and very well presented, organising regular low-cost outings and, above all, providing her with the companionship to reduce the anxiety that her condition generates. The difference in her overall well-being from a year ago, when her condition was actually less advanced, is quite astounding. The carers are flexible in helping me manage my life and work around Mum's needs, are always professional in their approach, but are deeply caring and kind. What they do is truly a vocation and I am in awe of their patience and commitment.

We have been using Kemble for a couple of years to provide home care and support for my elderly mother who has dementia. We feel very lucky to have found them as the service is excellent. Kemble is very proactive and helps with all sorts of things from shopping, cleaning, hair washes, taking my
mother to appointments, cooking etc. The staff are very caring and my mother enjoys the visits.

We have used Kemble at Home for the last eighteen months and found them to be an absolute Godsend dealing with my mother's ongoing dementia and Parkinson's. The carers are fantastic, always friendly and very professional and nothing is too much trouble and they are very prompt. I would recommend
Kemble too anybody who needs their services, just wish government would appreciate the vital role the care industry does in peoples' lives and reward accordingly.
