Mayfair Care are a very professional care service who continues to look after our mum with the utmost care and dedication. We as a family feel incredibly supported by the Manager and her lovely staff and we feel very fortunate that we can fully depend on them to meet our mums increasing care needs.
Everyone at Mayfair is very polite and courteous and The Manager and staff will always keep us informed of any concerns regarding mums health and wellbeing. We feel fully supported by her and her great team of carers. Any other family looking for a great reliable care company to look after their loved ones then Mayfair Care are the company for you. We feel very lucky to have them.

Mum has the best of care from Mayfair. They understand her needs and personality, her likes and dislikes. They provide unfailing support and the highest quality of caring, giving her and her family confidence.
Even when there has been a crisis, Mayfair has been there to step in and do whatever it
takes to help. Always a positive, instantaneous response. Both the caregivers and management provide excellence in all they do.
Mum has benefitted from their support for almost 5 years, and they have helped her retain her independence. We are all so fortunate to have had them as partners in promoting Mum's wellbeing.
We can wholeheartedly recommend them, and would like to say thank you- life is simpler thanks to them!

From the very beginning to the end of Mayfair Care Services taking care of my father, all carers have been professional, caring and supportive of my father and family. My dad was bedbound and had vascular dementia, but they always respected him at every visit. A few special carers always retained
Dad's dignity and most of all "made him laugh" and feel special every time they tended to him. The manager was very supportive of my mum and me during difficult circumstances and she supported us along the way with various problems and was able to provide relevant advice and information where needed. Would not hesitate to turn to Mayfair Care Services in the future should they be needed. Thank you to all of Dad's carers.

After being with a very poor service provider, it's been such a pleasure to be introduced to Mayfair Care. My mum is 92 with dementia, the carers show great patience and care, always dressed correctly and very rarely late. Great communication if there are any problems or issues. If it wasn't for the
support shown by the management and care team, I would be in a very difficult position indeed. I can't thank them enough for all their help and assistance. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a quality care provider.

My mother's main carer is brilliant. I trust her completely and feel that she has my mother's best interest at heart. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and service she supplies.
The other carers are also great, but she is the main point of contact for us.

First-class professional care. Always on time which is a big concern as the medication is given. Nothing is too much trouble, and independence is encouraged whilst ensuring safety at all times. The stability in the care staff makes it possible for myself, as a wife to continue to work knowing that
the carers know and understand my husband's needs. Two outstanding carers; thank you girls - you are stars and for the exceptional management. Very highly recommended.

My mum used the services of Mayfair for approximately 1 year. In the whole year they NEVER let me down once. Regular carers, not a different person every day. Office staff and management always efficient and helpful. They would always be flexible if I need additional care and helped out whenever
they could. Great communication and advice when needed.
They are fair and reasonable with their pricing and always went the extra mile for Mum.

Mayfair agency has cared for my mother for 7 months and we have been extremely pleased with the service provided. It has always been professional while at the same time friendly, caring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum looked forward to seeing her carers who she trusted (as so did we)
to do their very best for her. I would happily recommend this agency.
