The team of carers are exceptional and they do everything that a 94-year-old lady who is bed-bound with a severely arthritic hip could need from a carer. Polite, friendly and understanding, they set about their tasks in a timely manner yet they “never come across” as “being in a hurry.” This makes
every visit a positive, relaxed and happy atmosphere. My mother looks forward to them coming in every day. Their respect and caring response to any task is carried out effortlessly and without any unnecessary stress or drama. They’re lovely to have in Mom's home and they certainly aim to pease. Their aim is accurate and they never miss! Excellent and cheerful every time! Mom is so happy that she refers to the girls and ladies as “my lovely girls!” Their manners are impeccable and they make Mom's days so happy and relaxed with laughter and conversation showing a keen interest in Mom and her life. Well done Midland Care Team!
