Oxford House have been very good to me and my family very supportive.
My daughter Lorraine thinks carers go above and beyond especially Denise, kind, caring and always helps me. I love to see her every day. Denise helped me yet my home in order she's lovel so are all the carers.

Statement of Experience with Oxford House Community Care
I am writing as a patient's wife to record our experience with Oxford House Community Care. Throughout the period of their involvement, we found the service to be consistently below the standard expected for regulated care.
The carers
frequently arrived late or outside the agreed times, which caused disruption to essential routines and placed additional strain on my husband's health. Several members of staff appeared untrained or unfamiliar with basic care requirements. On multiple occasions, staff entered and searched areas of our home without our consent or proper explanation, which caused significant distress and was wholly inappropriate.
These issues created avoidable stress for my husband at a time when he is already managing serious medical conditions. The conduct and inconsistency of the care team contributed to a deterioration in his wellbeing and eroded our trust in the service.
We are not satisfied .

My team of carers were well qualified, caring, kind, understanding, attentive, happy and chatty excellent band of carers. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help wherever they could. It was with great regret we had to leave their care as we moved to live with my daughter and
grandchildren.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional behavior demonstrated by this healthcare company. They falsely accused of being aggressive and swearing at one of their staff members - an allegation that is completely untrue and without evidence. Me always maintained a calm and
respectful manner, especially in professional interactions.
To make matters worse, the company's manager deleted important messages that were shared with him, as if to erase the truth of the situation. How can a manager claim not to see or acknowledge messages that were directly sent to him? This level of dishonesty and denial is shocking. I have never encountered such an unprofessional owner or management team in a healthcare organization.
It is clear that the company not only failed to provide the required care services but also refused to take responsibility for their own shortcomings.

Farida comes most of the time, does a good job with Joe. Kamjic sometimes comes on the weekend and does a good job as well. Joe is used to the two coming.

Having had experience with a former care provider, we now know how professionally run Oxford House is. The carers are fully trained and are very helpful to my husband, along with myself. Attention to detail, I.E., changes in medication, etc., are maintained by the office staff and also by the carers
who let them know if he is unwell or needs to have a visit from a district nurse. We feel really safe and happy with the carers and staff, and have a laugh and chat each visit, which is very helpful mentally.

Very good attendance. Keep up to date with incidents. Good communication with carers. Excellent caring, washing, dressing & cleaning the flat. Carers are all friendly and provide a very good service to my brother. They make a difference.

I have no complaints about the carers. It's the time they come I complain about and also a carer that can't get down to fully wash my legs. The carers themselves are very cheerful and brighten my day.

I have been impressed and very thankful for the level of personal care and attention given and my wife during the last 3 months before she died. She was fed very patiently when possible and changed regularly, not a pleasant time.

Oxfordhouse has been providing home care for my mum for over 3 years.
She has been through so much with previous carers, and the difference since being with Oxford House has been truly life-changing.
They are not just carers to us,they have become like family.
My mum has built a bond with all
the staff and so have i.
The kindness, respect, and genuine care they all show my mum every single day mean the world. It's not just the way they look after her physical needs, but the warmth and companionship they bring into her life.
She feels safe, valued, and happy, and that is priceless.
From the carers to the office staff, every single one of them has been incredible. Their dedication, professionalism, and compassion never go unnoticed. Even down to how they always keep me informed of any concerns, ensuring that my mum gets the best possible care. Knowing she is in such good hands brings me so much comfort.

Our family has been receiving excellent care services from Oxford House since 2022. This is our first experience of private care and right from our initial contact with the managerial staff they have guided and supported us, ensuring that they are available to get to know our family and carers so
that they are a good match that will provide the most appropriate care. They are very approachable and always make time for discussion, are active listeners and follow through to ensure that our expectations and changing needs are met.
They are always very professional, respecting our family's privacy and their client's dignity. They are extremely responsive and proactive which gives us great peace of mind and confidence when we have a change in circumstance such as a change of carer, illness or hospitalization. They are also very supportive and will always go above and beyond, showing a lot of empathy when helping both our family member and her carer.

I am suffering from heart failure. Have struggled a long time on my own but finally had to admit I needed help. Arranged through an organisation. Apart from marrying my wife, it's the best thing I ever did.
An hour a day, 5 days a week in just four weeks: My long neglected maisonette has lost its
deep patina of dust, my carpets have never been so clean, my shower sparkles. I no longer dread weekends when I had to take my rubbish out - my carer and I bag it together but my carer carries it down a ramp and into the bins. I seek to do the onerous tasks like the food waste bin - but am overridden.
I'm aware that my carer is continually assessing me (!!) and checking that I'm good to go. My breakfast is cooked and served - I'm in a rut, eat an easy over-fried egg and toasted waffle every morning, plus a mug of coffee, black, half a teaspoon of sugar, level teaspoon of instant coffee, plus a yogurt or piece of fruit. All sussed by my carers and provisioned with a smile.

We have just started to use Oxford House Community Care for my mum. We have been very pleased with our care. The team have been very helpful. My mum has a regular carer which is essential for dementia patients. The carer is excellent and treats Mum with dignity, and is kind and self-motivated.
