Primary Homecare really does just that! Care, kindness, consideration & working hard to care for everyday needs. Friendly service with not only the visiting carers but also all those I have spoken to in the office. Peace of mind for me knowing my dad is receiving excellent service. Thank you!

Regular carer has established an excellent rapport with client, who is uneasy with strangers. Service excellent.

My brother has problems that Primary Homecare staff ahve been very good at dealing with, also by keeping me informed of. He thinks very highly of the carers. They also play cards with him which he enjoys, as my brother lives alone.

As a I am paralysed from the waist down and have to be lifted at least 4 times a day some lifts requiring two different slings I am made to feel comfortable and safe.
The carers always take great care in providing privacy and maintaining my dignity at all times.
The carers are always very polite
and professional and take an interest in the rest of the family. They always acknowledge my wife
and you get the feeling that they are interested in our life's as much as we are there's. We have great conversations about there life's as much as ours.
We have had great support from the management team and we are both interested in maintaining their safety as much as mine during lifting and my needs

When Mum moved to Claydon, she was welcomed by the care team in a most professional and comprehensive way.
The care plan put in place is very good and takes into consideration all of our initial concerns. The carers are polite, very competent and friendly, they treat Mum with dignity and kindness.
When either the carer onsite or the office team have contacted me regarding Mum, they were calm, friendly and extremely helpful.
I have always been able to quickly get hold of the team on the office number and on the out-of-hours number, if needed.
I would recommended the services of Primary Homecare to anyone looking for reliable, capable and friendly care for their loved ones.

Primary Homecare offer a great service which Mum had for many years. Due to her health she has now had to relocate to a care home but she, and the whole family, are very appreciative of all the care given by Primary Homecare and would recommend their services without hesitation.

I find the carers very good and patient. They do everything that is asked of them. My reason for making management 'poor', because quite often the carers' times are changed but we the clients are never informed. As wife of client and full time carer, I find this very annoying as I have many problems
of my own apart from coping with my husband's dementia.

Notes on the app are not always correct.

The men and women who come and care for my husband are amazing kind and caring. Would recommend them to anyone, could not do without their help.

On the whole, I find Primary Homecare Ltd very good and most of the carers efficient and able. Prices are not cheap, so maybe beyond what others can afford. I wish there were fewer changes in the rotas, both of carers and of times, but realise sometimes emergencies arise. Thank you to those who look
after me.

The carers have sometimes come early without the office letting me know. I feel I should be asked if this is ok. All the ladies who have come have been polite and friendly but do not seem to know about recycling rubbish. They do not know what can be recycled and that it has to be clean ie: cans
should be washed first! Their basic cooking skills are lacking and seem to not be able to prepare meals for slow cookers/ovens without help, they are good at clearing the kitchen after use.

Up until Christmas, I needed help with the preparation of meals. Since then I have needed assistance with cleaning. I realise that there are many clients on your books, but it would be very helpful to know when the carer is coming. It has varied a lot. What works for me is to phone your office early
in the week to find out the arrival time on Friday.
