Superb team of support workers and supervisor. I was so grateful to everyone for their kindness and sensitivity. Always listened to and encouraged to take that step forward. Not sure I would have survived without you all. Thanks from my whole family.

I have been extremely happy with the care I have received over the past six weeks or so. The staff have been very helpful, thoughtful & kind and I shall miss them.

A big thank you to the team of carers who came to look after me when I fist came home from hospital. They treated me with respect and gradually become independent of their help. I'll be sorry to see them all go because they became more like friends than carers but there is obviously people who need
their help more than me now. Thank you from all of the family.

Following spinal surgery in August I was left feeling afraid and very vulnerable and unable to care for myself properly, when it was suggested you could help I accepted but was nervous on what to expect. My fears were so unnecessary the entire team were friendly and tret me with warmth and kindness.
Over the following weeks. Not only was I supported with self care but also my emotional wellbeing. They laughed with, and cheered me up when I had a low. Which for me meant so much.
The support given to me by your team also took the pressure off my husband Ian, the
months leading up to surgery were full on for him and he was exhausted.
So from both of us, we want to say a huge thank you to all for helping us in more ways than they will ever know.

All the carers were very nice and polite. I enjoyed our little natters. They were veyr patient and understood my ailments. Hats off to them all.

Mixed thoughts really, good to have support and mainly very good company. Unfortunately the visit timings were based on staff availabilty which were definitely out of sync wtih my requirements, so they usually just involved a pleasant chat with the staff member of the day. Some jolly good company

Excellent staff and always easy to get on with and always helpful with my condition, always would listen to my way if things that I wanted to do, and always there when I was not having a good day. So no complaints from me about anything that I needed.

On behalf of Keith & myself our experience of the Community Support Services has been brilliant. When 'the girls' frist visited our minds both mentally & physical were at a very low ebb and over the weeks we have looked forward to their visits and our well being has been 'improved' beyond any thing
I could describe. Nothing was an effort and Keith's attitude is back to normal - they nursed him through his darkest hours for which our appreciation and thanks are insufficient for the help given.

Our regular two carers are fantastic. They have earned my Dad's trust and built up a wonderful rapport with him and he really likes them both.

The staff were exceptional. They treated mother so very well ; with love and kindness. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations. The staff were also very kind and caring towards me, as I tried to care for my mother. I cannot express my gratitude for their care, kindness and respect they
showed to my mother. Their patience was saintly.
Thank you for all your hard work and support, for me, but especially for my mother. I could not have done it without them.

Every carer has been very polite, caring and helpful. Couldn't have managed without them. The family and I have been very grateful and given us peace of mind. They have helped me get my confidence back and start doing things for myself. A big thank you to you all.

All my callers were lovely. Nothing too much trouble. I looked forward to their visits and was sorry when they had to stop because I had gained back my independence.

My experience with this service was very professional and helpful. I do not know how I would have managed without the team, made you feel confident to do what you could yourself. They were so friendly and nothing was too much of a bother for them. I had no problem with men or women helping with
personal care ie showers, strip wash and dressing me. I will sadly miss them all with help as well as friendship.

All the carers Dad experienced were absolutely lovely, both he and I felt really confident in their care and respectful approach to Dad. He's pretty independent and tried hard to achieve the targets set and the carers often followed up with me to check he was actually able to do the things he told
them he was doing without their help and this was a great comfort to me that they absolutely had his best interests at heart.
