I have been very satisfied by the care given to me. Nothing has been too much trouble. She is cheerful and this makes her visit more welcome.

Somerset Care provides a reliable service and staff are very professional, friendly, accommodating and trustworthy. Flexibility of bookings is appreciated. Regular attendance by the staff members creates rapport and a bond with clients.

Timings have been an issue in the past, but seem to be okay at the moment. Calls have been great with the staff.
*Timings - this is nothing to do with lateness, it is to do with requested times.

I have been using Somerset Care Community Home Care for over 10 years.
All of the carers that visit are professional, courteous, trustworthy, and well trained. Most of my care is provided by two carers who cover ~90% of the calls between them, which I value as it helps me to manage my condition.
The team leaders and planning staff are approachable and helpful, striving to accommodate my needs as much as possible. My only criticism would be occasional lack of communication when call times are changed at short notice, particularly at weekends. However, since feeding this back to the team they have clearly made efforts to improve.
I would recommend Somerset Care to anyone needing home care in my area (Corsham & villages).

The office updates me when issues arise with staff shortages in a timely way. I miss having support because moving my husband alone is difficult and sometimes impossible, but I understand there are some people completely alone. All the staff are extremely kind, caring, efficient and experienced. One
gentleman is with us the most, and we have a good rapport, and he is very adaptable to his ways. The app is excellent and appreciated. I am very pleased and grateful to all staff involved.

The service and care is fantastic. They form a bond and a great relationship with my Father in Law. He has lived with us for approximately 30 years and I was asked to care for him on palliative leave when discharged from hospital. I feel my task would have been much more difficult without your
carers help and support.

My uncle has paranoid schizophrenia, he struggles to trust anyone and let people in his home, however the care assistant who comes in twice a week to assist him in the bath is very kind and he's built up a lovely trust with her. My family are very happy with the care he so greatly needed. A huge
thank you.

The care my mother has received is fantastic. Anytime any issues arise they have been dealt with efficiently and with care. Her carers are kind, considerate and very patient. Nothing is too much bother and they brighten her day with their humour and conversation. We have total trust in their care
and presence in her house.

It has been one year since My Willows (Melksham) has come to me. The girls have been wonderful and the manager is a wonderful organiser.
