I want to thank all the staff who are involved with a service user who is living at one of the flats for the care and kindness shown. In particular, I must mention one of the junior members of the care team for his first-class care and support. He is so organised, kind, wonderful, with a warm
personality. I’ve seen how he is with regards to keeping the care plan simple but extremely organised. He keeps my family up to date with everything relating to the needs of the service user. Our family would highly recommend Summon Bonum Support and Care. And have enormous respect for all the staff, especially the junior member.

From the initial meeting and assessment in 2017 to now, June 2018, they have been faultless. The management, office staff and the care support team for my son in his thirties with complex needs have been and are outstanding! Their recruitment and carer support workers training is obviously very
successful.
