View full details of Supreme Home Care LtdGiven initial assurance my care plan would be followed during assessment. Asked for a copy of their policies/procedures. Told it was all online. A meeting with Adult Social Care & manager had to arranged due to issues with staff. Again reassured basic requirements should & would be met by company. Contacted company & requested a copy of complaints procedure as no information on their website. Still not received a copy of complaints procedure so had meeting with Social Worker & care company. Social worker confirmed I must receive a copy of complaints procedure as a client. Again told I would receive one but never arrived. Asking 3 times for a company policy is not acceptable. I was unable to cope with the company any longer & asked for a new provider to be found. One carer was extremely good at her job, unfortunately others were rude & had little compassion. Poor basic skills not addressed. Solution was to move carers around. Changes to carers & call time with no communication.
I can’t praise Supreme enough. From the moment they were appointed as emergency care providers for my father to avoid a hospital admission they have been amazing. Diligent, responsive and caring, with staff even answering emails on days off. I feel very lucky we were assigned to them.
We have found all carers friendly and most are efficient and caring towards my severely disabled wife who is almost deaf. We have one favourite carer who is friendly and cheerful is able to induce confidence in her grateful, disabled, 87 year old patient. In general, we are happy with all carers.
Excellent care provided, always.
Recently I had a shoulder operation, thus needing help to dress and undress, getting up and down stairs. I am a widow living alone; quite old (86 years) so I needed a carer twice a day. Supreme sent several different carers. All proved to be kind and very helpful - they seemed able to realise my needs before I had to request them. Whilst I showered they made my breakfast, checked I had taken my medicine - all in a very kind, efficient manner. Professionals. I have written a thank you to the Care Manager.
