Overall Experience

I can’t praise Supreme enough. From the moment they were appointed as emergency care providers for my father to avoid a hospital admission they have been amazing. Diligent, responsive and caring, with staff even answering emails on days off. I feel very lucky we were assigned to them.

Overall Experience

We have found all carers friendly and most are efficient and caring towards my severely disabled wife who is almost deaf. We have one favourite carer who is friendly and cheerful is able to induce confidence in her grateful, disabled, 87 year old patient.
In general, we are happy with all carers.

Overall Experience

Recently I had a shoulder operation, thus needing help to dress and undress, getting up and down stairs. I am a widow living alone; quite old (86 years) so I needed a carer twice a day. Supreme sent several different carers. All proved to be kind and very helpful - they seemed able to realise my

needs before I had to request them. Whilst I showered they made my breakfast, checked I had taken my medicine - all in a very kind, efficient manner. Professionals. I have written a thank you to the Care Manager.
