The carers are very caring, very efficient and listen to what is needed as opposed to what is nice to have. The management is extremely good. They are so approachable and helpful and are always willing to go that extra mile. My mother thinks all the girls she sees are wonderful, caring people.
Thanks for Beaumaris and the Manager especially. I am able to have peace of mind knowing my mother is happy.

My daughter is SEN. Because I am of a certain age I was finding it difficult in getting my daughter ready in the mornings. I was awarded a 30 minute care package each day. The carers are all lovely and my daughter is made to feel comfortable and confident as she receives personal care. If she is
happy then so am I.
