A great care service; very professional and attentive. Our carer has been with us for over a year and has established a great friendship as well as a working relationship with both our mother and our family, so much so that we are keen to have this carer on a continuous basis for the foreseeable future.

The team from Carpender's care have been wonderful during the several months that they came to our home to care for my 94 year old mother who had dementia. All of the careers have been, at all times, dedicated, professional, respectful, compassionate .. and became like members of the family Thank you to you all

I'm delighted the way they provide services very professional, efficiency and cheerfulness. The carers are always in time and changes they will call and inform me in time. I have fairly tight schedule with my work and never felt that they are rushing me. Always very kind and supportive. If I offer help they always says that they can manage themselves. If I need any help or changes always very helpful and supportive and for me I can balance my work land family life. I wanted to thank for everyone in their team and I would recommend them very highly.

We receive outstanding care from all the carers and especially the 2 live in carers that are here 24/7, they treat my mother like their own mother and with care, dignity and overall a loving relationship. The whole team are outstanding, Thank you for your compassionate care.

Initially there were a few teething problems, but those have been addressed carers are sweet and kind, they do a good job and are professional to my mum. The manager is very professional and supportive - The only think I would like improving is the time keeping, the road works do not help but the carers always tell us when they are late.

Thanks for the all the care being given to our mum. Recently the carers are lot more consistent in their methodology for looking after out mum. They are lot more considerate and we do appreciate their input for mums care. Also it does help as the carers do speak out mums native language.

The carers have been excellent. Understand the needs and care required. Speak Gujarati so no communication issues. The management also help and accommodate if any changes in care needed for a one off. Would definitely recommend. Also timing is accurate.

Good care given to elderly. My mum was bed-bound and we received care from Carpenders Care for as long as 2 years and had no issues.

Both carers have been great with my mum. Patient and caring - we will miss two staff members in particular.

My father started receiving care from Carpenders Care Ltd in October 2023. The overall experience has been positive. The carers arrive on time and provide personal care. They are kind and caring and treat my father with dignity. The administration staff are also responsive in the event we need to discuss or clarify anything.

The agency has always been professional and helpful, since we started using them in June. If I've ever had any queries or questions, the staff in the office have been clear and able to solve any matters. The carers, who they have sent here to look after my husband, are extremely caring, conscientious and reliable. They use their initiative to deal with situations and I certainly cannot praise them enough. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the agency for their hard work.
