Used to be good. Now I never know when anyone is coming. The turnaround of staff is high so obviously, no one is happy there. I specified that I need people to come after 10 am yet they turn up at 8.30 am without warning.

Wow, what can I say what a wonderful company? They have gone way beyond what is expected. We have had many, and I mean many, care companies over the years. None have listened to us and delivered on what they have promised. One to One has been the first we can rely on. Their attention to detail and
the way they keep us informed shows me they know what they are doing. They do truly care. If I worked in Care I would want to work for this company. Carers are always saying how well they are treated. 100% recommendation from me.
