We have been extremely pleased with the care given to our dad over the last few months.
Each and every member of staff was patient, kind, attentive and understanding with him at all times.
He enjoyed seeing them every day and had many a laugh and joke.
Belong at Home offer an utterly professional,
reliable and reassuring service whilst being caring, cheerful and loving.

Excellent Companionship and Care
We've been incredibly pleased with the support provided to my mum. The service has been reliable, warm, and genuinely centred around her wellbeing. Most of her visits are for companionship, and the difference it has made to her life is remarkable.
Karen, who
visits regularly, has been especially wonderful. She has a calm, friendly manner that immediately puts my mum at ease, and it's clear she truly cares about building a positive connection. My mum always looks forward to seeing her, and she's noticeably more relaxed and cheerful after each visit.
The consistency, professionalism, and kindness shown have given our family real peace of mind. I would happily recommend this team to anyone looking for thoughtful, person-centred support for a loved one.

Belong at home were very responsive and flexible in setting up a POC for Mum, follow a short stay in hospital. This was 2 weeks before Christmas initially, right in the midst of flue season, so this was exceptionally good service.
BOH have visited my Mum each day, just really to check in on her,
she doesn't need "care" as such, more a welfare check.
It is really reassuring for myself and my Brother to be able to read on the Birdie app how Mum is that day. We call her, and visit her, of course, but in-between, Mum has dementia and is not able to tell us how she has been feeling over a period longer than a minute or two, so woudl have no context if she had been feeling unwell.
The team have called us when there have been needed, and we have made tweaks to Mum's POC as we have gone along, to better-reflect her individuality and still give her as much agency as possible.

Excellent care given by all staff. Their collective patience, kindness and cheerful ways of being make a huge difference to my mum's life. It is so reassuring knowing the care my mum receives is delivered professionally but also with such warmth and empathy. I would choose Belong at Home again and

I can not fault the care dad receives.
The staff are friendly, kind, patient and caring and go above and beyond in their care .
They spend time talking to dad and he is very happy with their visits, they are all wonderful.
I would recommend Belong to anyone. I can not thank them enough for all
they do.

My wife has Alzheimer's Dementia and has been visited by staff from Belong and has responded very well. She looks forward to the girls visiting and going out. The support from the girls has been second to none, and support for myself has been much appreciated. I cannot praise the staff enough for
their support.

Since changing supplier, I have noticed a complete change in my partner. I cannot fault our new care team. They are very good, in fact, excellent in the way they look after my partner. Friendly, loving and make her feel at home and wanted.

Mum moved to the Belong at Home Village in October 2022, after living abroad for 30 years. The Belong at Home Team has been amazing, every step of the way, and although it has taken time, with their help and support she is settling well into her new home.
Although Mum has a mixed dementia
diagnosis, the team visit her twice a day, which means that she is still fairly independent. Mum really looks forward to the visits and as well as domestic and personal hygiene help, and meal preparation she also gets lots of social benefits especially in the evenings when she feels lonely. The girls are kind and very caring, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always available to discuss our concerns with Mum's condition/situation.
For us the secure online portal is the icing on the cake - we get twice-daily updates on how Mum is doing, which is great, especially if they have noticed she needs something or they have concerns.
I would 100% recommend the Belong at Home team, they really are invaluable to us.

Care has been provided to my dad on an ad-hoc basis when we have been away. The team have worked with me to best meet Dad's needs and always found a solution to keep my dad safe, which included oversight of medication.
Even when circumstances changed at extremely short notice, the team were very
flexible and added to the daily visits to check on my dad.
All the staff were very caring and treated my dad with dignity and respect.
I would definitely recommend their services.

Can not fault the carers. They help me with a range of things in the home. Always happy to take me out shopping or to hospital appointments. Always pleased to see my carers they brighten my day.
