They were easy to deal with and looked after mum well. They were reliable and even covered some extra shifts. I have no complaint's and recommend them. They even contacted me to check how mum was when she went in to hospital. They didn't pressure us for more time/business they were just happy to
help in anyway we needed.

We cannot recommend Sincere Care highly enough. The carers looked after our relative for many years. In that time they were treated with care and dignity. They would go the extra mile if needed and we never felt awkward having them in our home. They became part of our family. We didn't have
different carers. If one was on holiday the replacement was always very familiar to us. The company would review the care to make sure we were still happy or needed any changes. Everyone was lovely to deal with.
