My mother was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday 5th April. She was kept in hospital until they were happy with the care being provided at home was going to be of a good standard, they also arranged 2 night sits with CL Lifestyles. Nobody contacted me from the hospital discharge team about
access to my mother's house. My wife rang the discharge team and gave them the keypad code assuming that this would be passed on. However, at 10.30 pm CL contacted me, they thought the night sit had got lost. I gave them the key code. Finally, at 11 pm the night sit arrived.
On the second night my mother rang me at 10 pm saying she was frightened because a man was knocking on her door, she didn't understand what he was saying (poor hearing) so she sent him away. I later spoke with the gentleman and he understood.
If CL had contacted me during the day to inform me they were sending a man to do the night sit the offer would have been refused. My Mother is 92.
Poor service from CL Lifestyles.

Please give a personal thank you to each and every one of the carers who looked after my wife in the last 21 days of her life.
All your carers were so kind and going above and beyond what is expected. This meant so much to my wide and of our family at the hardest time of our life.

We were provided with a night carer on my husband's return from a four-week stay in hospital. The carer was punctual and friendly. She reassured my husband when he woke up in the night confused about where he was. I was able to sleep well, confident he was safe and happy and we both started the next
day positive and rested.

The 3 carers were absolutely superb, professional, friendly and kind. They saved our sanity.

All staff I met were kind and considerate. I was happy to welcome them into my home and leave my husband in their care overnight. They had driven miles - I was glad it was not Winter.

My wife and I received excellent and sympathetic caring support from all of the CL Lifestyles Night Care & Support team. It was a great relief to me to be able to sleep more easily during their night visits and to know and be confident that my wife would be very carefully looked after.

C L Lifestyles Home Care Services is a very reliable company who listen and act on their client's wishes. They are proactive in checking that the carers are well presented and professional in their approach. There is now a team of five ladies who come to look after my father for night waking staff.
They are equally good at caring for my mother who cares for my father during the day.

C L Lifestyles provided amazing carers. The ladies were all absolutely lovely, caring, very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. Couldn't fault anything. The office always strove and succeeded in fulfilling our changing needs for carers. Nothing was too much trouble. Good communication. Have already
given C L Lifestyles details to friends struggling to find good carers for a relative.

Having been let down by our previous care provider, our care manager found and signed us up to C L Lifestyles Home Care Services. I can honestly say that I had no idea that care could be this good and consistently good. The carers all introduce themselves, ask the right questions, work in a good and
caring manner and reassure us both throughout each and every call. The carers are all proud of their uniform, which is wonderful to see after the farce that was our previous 5 years.
