My mum has been a client of Tailor Maid since 2021 and they have greatly improved her quality of life as well as allowed her to keep her independence as much as possible. I can't praise them enough for their care, consistency and the way they support her and remind her of things naturally. I
initially expected resistance from my mum but she loves them!

Tailor Maid were brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone. They care for a relative of mine and being Power of Attorney for an older man I had no hesitation in approaching them to look after him. The staff were friendly and courteous and helped out as required.

I can honestly say that my experiences with Tailor Made have been excellent. Any time I have been unwell the carers have been nothing but kind and compassionate, this as well when I'm well.

The service provided by Tailor Maid is of a very high standard. Carers and management know their service users and their needs. The service provided maintains dignity and is done with kindness and efficiency. I would and have highly recommend it.

Tailor Maid have been outstanding, all of their staff, both office and on site staff have been great with my mother and she has really taken to them, telling me she gets on great with all of them. They have used very gentle persuasion methods to encourage my mother to participate in necessary
personal care which she had previously refused to do.
I'm delighted with the service provided and would encourage anyone who is considering turning to Tailor Maid for help to do so.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Tailor Made Home Care. The care my husband received was really good and very supportive to me as well. We always knew around the time the carers would arrive which was quite important to us and always arrived with a smile.

Our carers are all lovely. They really care about the wellbeing of both myself and my husband.
They are a very important part of our day - we look forward to their visits.

I'm very grateful to Tailor Maid Home Care for providing a genuinely outstanding level of care for my elderly mother. Very special thanks to all staff for their professionalism and expertise in looking after my mum (who's 91 and has Alzheimer's / vascular dementia) while she continues to live at
home. Tailor Maid were appointed by ERC, our local authority, following a brief respite stay in a local care home.
Compared with her two previous home care providers, Tailor Maid remain head and shoulders above all others - all staff are friendly, capable and very professional.
Communication has been excellent throughout and - from the outset - they have provided my wife and I with a range of valuable advice and support relating to incontinence care and in ensuring her general wellbeing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tailor Maid, they are the most professional and inclusive care support provider we've experienced and certainly sets the standards for others to attain.

Am delighted with the service provided to my mum. Despite some early reluctance on her part to having a carer she now really appreciates their visits, enjoys chatting with them and benefits from their care. It also provides comfort to me knowing she is getting regular visitors and is so well cared
for.

Excellent company, they make you feel so relaxed even at your worst, e.g pad changing, bed baths, dressing you when required. Great cooking and go out of their way to keep my flat tidy, especially the kitchen and my bedroom, sheets on bed changed once week unless of accidents with pad. Overall a
fantastic carer company.

We cannot recommend Tailor Maid highly enough. The service given to my dad is exceptional, every carer takes a personal interest, asking about his day, helping with his shower and treating him with respect and dignity.
The staff in the office are also brilliant, and cannot do enough to help.
Living far away, the app allows me to check how dad is daily.
A truly fantastic company.

We are delighted with the carers and the attention they give my husband. All the carers are so pleasant and cheerful when visiting us. Nothing is a bother. A big thank you to all of them. All the best for 2025.

Staff are always very helpful when emailing. Very quick to reply. Care support very caring and look after my mum very well. Always making sure she is safe. They are very reliable. Christmas party was excellent.

We have been with Tailor Maid since September this year and have found all the carers wonderful. They are kind, go above and beyond and Mum adores them. I would highly recommend them as they do deliver proper care.

I needed care due to an operation and I arranged a care plan for three times a day with Tailor Maid ready for coming out of hospital. They have lived up to my expectations. I liked the fact most of my care is done by the same staff who look at ways to help me beyond doing personal care as I live on
my own. The staff know me and if I wanted my family could have seen what they did for me on an app. Which I think is great for families who live far away. I have had no need to complain and would recommend them to anyone as they do deliver proper care.

We have found the staff to be helpful and compassionate. They do their best to accommodate our requests on visit times, to fit with our family life. I think they do their best to support not just my husband but me too. They are an invaluable service for us.

We have found Tailor Made Home Care to be professional, caring and very supportive to our ageing mother. All of our initial concerns have been addressed quickly and positively. The carers are punctual and attentive. If I had one criticism it would be that the package would benefit from having the
same group of carers attending rather than a wide variety with new ones often appearing. Overall though, very happy. Also would prefer not to pay while client is in hospital.

We are very satisfied with the care being given to my mum. All the carers are pleasant and seem happy in their roles as carers for the elderly. It gives us peace of mind to know that she is being looked after.
