Bluebird care have been amazing with my Parents. Both my parents have very different care needs which can be quite challenging. They have really taken time to understand them and have tailored the care around their needs, constantly checking to ensure everything is working well and happy to make adaptions as the care needs change. I have been so impressed with level of service given. All the carers are so patient, kind and courteous. They always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. The support structure in the office is also extremely efficient and well run. They are always on hand should I have any questions or need additional help. The care notes system also allows me to see updates all the time which I find invaluable as I do not live locally to my parents. The notes are very thorough and informative. I cannot speak highly enough of Bluebird, they have been a lifeline for me and my parents.

Bluebird care have been excellent- my dad is very happy with the service and the carers give me and my family piece of mind that a friendly and professional team are helping him get up and get to bed each day. The carers truly care about what they do and regularly go above and beyond to make sure my dad is well looked after. I'm so glad we chose Bluebird and I would recommend highly to anyone struggling with caring for a loved one. You won't regret it! Thank you!

5 star service! We as a family cannot fault the care that my Nan is currently receiving. Every carer that has entered by grandparents home have been kind, respectful and so caring. I would highly recommend BlueBird Care.

My mother receives excellent care . The carers are punctual, kind totally understanding of her needs and highlight any problems or concerns which is very much appreciated by the family. Bluebird staff are always very helpful and easy to reach if the needs arise . As a family we are very happy with the service so far .

Been with the team for a while initially as companions but with recent changes in health etc the team have stepped up and offer a personal professional extremely friendly service. Not just the visiting team either. The team at the office are exactly the same. It makes this next stage in my life and my parents lives easier in every way. Thank you.

Bluebird staff are all friendly and go out of their way to support my daughter. Any questions are dealt with efficiently and I get a quick response. Out of all the care agencies that we have used this is the best and would recommended to anyone else.

During a recent medical emergency, Bluebird provided extra care at very short notice, later on the same day: an evening companion and someone to stay overnight. Bluebird's friendly responsiveness eased everyone's anxiety and enabled the patient to stay at home rather than go to hospital. All involved were very grateful.

I was really worried that I had to get carers in to see my mum. It was because I was going away for three weeks. I can't believe how much it has been so positive for me and my mum and dad. My mum has got Alzheimer's and my dad and I have been looking after her daily needs for five years. I have continued to have a carer here for five days a week because it's such a great help. All my concerns have been taken away. A particular person has really clicked with my mum. All the carers and so good too. However I am so happy that my mum treats her as a friend of hers and she will let her do what she has to do for her needs. Excellent service. 100% professional company and I am so glad that I have got your help. I can't think of anything that I am not happy about. Wonderful.

Always excellent service. The carers are always in uniform and nothing is too much trouble. A range of care, from domestic, shipping, personal or companionship is on offer at reasonable rates. Office staff very helpful and on hand with any queries. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our son really enjoys his time with his carers, and every carer that comes into our home is lovely. We are sent a rota every week so that we are aware of any changes. The office staff are really helpful too!

Bluebird are a very caring company. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions. The carers are very knowledgeable, consistent with care they provide. The office is contactable 24 hours a day.

I cannot praise the carers and office staff at Bluebird Medway enough. I live in the USA and facilitate the care for my elderly mother (Medway resident). Bluebird are incredibly professional and understanding to my situation, and do everything they can to help both Mum and I on a day-to-day basis, as well as any unplanned events or emergencies that pop up. I know Mum can be headstrong and difficult sometimes, and I know the girls take this with grace, compassion and humour. I don't have cause to call the office much these days, as they streamlined some processes, but whenever I do, they are friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for help and peace of mind for family member.

First-class service from the carers up through to the management. The carers report any concerns and if I have any, they are quickly dealt with. They give an efficient, reliable, caring service. Any issues that I have, they are there to help and guide me. First-class - excellent - caring - reliable.

Only been using Bluebird for a few months just, so my Dad has a bit of company while me and my sister are at work. He says the girls are great and they make him laugh while helping him with his house work. Lovely young ladies that are always respectable to my Dad which is all I can ask for.

My home care is amazing. She is always lovely and bouncy and a pleasure to have help. Bluebird Care always treats me well, whether it is the finance team or other carers. Well worth the money spent on them.
