The carers have been assigned to Mum as requested. She seems happy with them. I haven't met any of them yet.
They seem to help Mum with independant living which is what we all want for her.
Any time I have asked the office for extra care my requests have been met. Communication with the office is
good.

Burley Home care services have been helping our family look after my father for the last couple of years. We have always found them to be hardworking, cheerful and polite. They have always responded positively to the changing requests we have made to the care package we
required for my Dad. I would like to thank them for all their attention and hard work.

I am very happy with the care I have received from the carers at Burley Homecare who visit me on average twice a week for one hour visits.
The carers are exceptionally nice and I feel that I have established good relationships with them.
They are efficient without being condescending and are very
mindful of my personal dignity which I feel is an important aspect of their care.
They are most willing to help with my requests both in terms of personal care and light domestic tasks such as emptying my dishwasher. They are both cheerful and sensitive.
I am glad that I am mostly allotted the same carers each week as continuity is obviously helpful.
The office staff are pleasant and also helpful.
These comments will become even more important as my future needs become greater.

Anyone with a relative with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's will know how demanding this can be.
I reached a point at which I knew I needed help.
Over the horizon appeared Burley's Home Care and what a relief. They have been professional and empathetic in every way. I can't thank them enough and would
thoroughly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in my position.

Thank goodness for Burley's Home Care!
They come twice a day to my elderly Mum (morning and evening) who lives with us but needs that bit of extra help which they certainly provide in spades. All the carers are kind, helpful and respectful and nothing is too much trouble. The carers are well
trained, professional and know exactly what they are doing.
Burley's has made such a difference to me in just being there to provide the care service to my Mum, who loves all the carers who visit... I hear much laughter which is heart-warming.
Thoroughly recommend Burley's Home Care and I'm so happy they are now part of our lives.

My husband has Parkinson's and the care he receives is excellent in every way the carers are very supportive friendly and happy we can't thank them enough .we only had them a short time and it has made a great difference to us both .

Nothing is ever too much trouble starting from when office was first contacted to the carer visits. It's lovely to see my Dad happy, albeit not always very obliging, but the carers know how to handle the situations in their most caring way. My Dad has said the carers who visit him are all lovely and
very good. If we have any concerns we call the office who will answer any questions we may have and if they need to get back to us they do so as soon as they have an answer for us. I have met all the carers who care for my Dad and you can see and get positive feelings they all absolutely love their jobs, they're all very jolly, some of them are singing as they walk up the garden path. We are so relieved we have found a care business who are very trustworthy and caring

I am so impressed with the care I have received. When first visited, I spent pretty well all of my time in bed. Now, thanks to the care and encouragement of the carers, I spend most of the day moving around downstairs and sitting in my armchair and life is so much better and more normal. All the
carers are friendly and often go that extra mile to help. Thankyou

Most of the staff go above and beyond to look after my Mum and make sure her every need is met .
Nothing is too much trouble and everyone treats her with the greatest of respect.
So reassuring for me living over 250 miles away.

We chose to use Burley's home care for my mother due to the support, reassurance and professionalism shared by the care coordinator. All the carers have been so attentive, personable and going the extra mile to make my mother feel comfortable. The carers were very experienced, knowledgeable and
nothing was a problem and always found a solution. Carers always arrived on time and shared good communication to the family. We would higher recommend Burley's Home Care to others and they hugely stand out in comparison to other Home Care providers.

The carer does our 'take-a-break' care each week and does a great job. She encourages my wife to eat and drink. We are really pleased with the care given.

Having found myself in need of providing care for my cousin on a regular basis, I approached Burley's Home Care Services to provide this, spoke to the manager who was excellent with a combination of care and process knowledge, we came up with a plan to get my cousin the care he required. They chose
a carer to come and see my cousin and it has turned out to be a perfect choice and match. They get on really well and she does everything that she has been asked to do in an exemplary manner.
