Carers take the time to get to know the client and their family. Management have liaised with daughter and the App allows us to know the name of the carer ahead of the visit.
Overall care given is good, some of the girls are better at the job than others. The timings have been a bone of contention especially at night in the last month 4 times I put my mother to bed so I hope that settles down as I know you have a problem recruiting staff.
My mum is full of praise for the carers. Any interaction I've had had been very positive. Your carers go beyond the standard of the previous careers in that they will put the washing machine on, hang the washing on a clothes horse etc and they wash dishes, empty bins etc which means my visits are more me visiting mum than just doing household chores. I've no idea how it why we were transferred to your company but I'm really glad she was.
My mum receives excellent care from the staff the girls are always friendly helpful and kind they treat my mum with respect and give her her dignity where needed My mum has gotten to know the girls that come in by name which is a good thing for her
My wife's carers always show a high degree of professionalism, care and commitment. They always go above and beyond in ensuring her comfort and safety. They always provide feedback and information on my wife's condition which allows me to act quickly to address any medical situations which may be developing, such as infections or pressure sores. Overall they provide an invaluable service. I know that my wife is in good hands.
The user (my sister) is happy with the support she receives and the staff who provide the support. From my perspective, my sister receives the support she needs at this time. The staff that I have met are caring and considerate.
I have been a client/ user for 4 months.My usual carers are Caroline and Gubinder and I can't praise them highly enough. They are friendly and professional and I am able to continue to live independently despite suffering a severe fall and damaging my spine. My quality of life is far better than I could have hoped for following my accident
No issues arising in recent period to mention, my mum all happy with service & visits. Any adjustments are very to make by contacting head office via phone or email and are dealt with in good time by staff.
Care provided as agreed in the schedule. Contact made when my mum is not in at the agreed time showing genuine concern. My mum is happy with the carers and the service that they provide, twice every day.
I am happy with the service that my mother has received from HRM since she was recently discharged from hospital. Due to the service she has been able to live at home and feel safe in her own house.
My brother has a good communication with his carers and is grateful for their assistance as he has mobility problems following a stroke many years ago. The care given is of great value to the family as initially they were very stretched. My brother now has a greater quality of life acknowledging his limitations and we have a whiteboard in the kitchen for who visits daily and sets up his dinner for him together with his carer visits each day to assist him with breakfast/lunch and his medication.
Absolutely fine, no problems with carers. Generally very pleased with the package and regular carers absolutely brilliant.
All carers that are assigned to my dad have been great. They have a great relationship with him and have taken time to know what he's interested in and have a chat and some laughs with him They have also been welcoming and great towards all the family We have a good way of working and I have a notepad in the kitchen where they can leave me messages and a shopping list Nothing is ever a bother for them. My dad was initially embarrassed due to his amputations and having issues with toileting but they have been great at helping him get over that and feeling comfortable
My Dad has been receiving care from HRM for a few years now, I can't rate them highly enough, the girls do a great job above and beyond at times. I love the continuity, same times same staff team, my dad looks forward to his carers visiting him 4x daily, Office staff are quick to respond if needed, always found this company to be helpful in every way. My dad is so lucky having them and it puts our minds at ease knowing he is being taken care of to such a high standard
The service my dad has had is mainly very good had a couple of hic ups that has all been resolved by the manager and her team of staff Dad has a great bunch of girls coming into him and he feels comfortable with them all sometimes it doesn't show on his part with his Dementia
My mum has been receiving care for over a year now. The girls are a great support & couldn't sustain my mum at home without them. They have got to know the family as well as my mum and have got to know my mum & her needs well. The girls are very pleasant & friendly & also support her needs at the same time. Good communication with the office staff, and easy to get hold of if you need them. Would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the service provided to my mum. All carers are lovely and have built up a relationship with her. All are competent and reliable. No concerns. The App is a fantastic form of communication which allows my sister and myself how mum is doing 4 times a day.
Mum has had carers coming in 4 times a day since being discharged from hospital Nov 24. HRM staff have been first class. The same carers providing care for mum means consistency for mum & this enables carers to get to know mum & address her needs too. The app is great for family members to review feedback & also provide feedback/comments. As a family we can't thank HRM staff enough for the care they provide for mum.
The service we have experienced has been appropriate to the needs of my Dad . The care officer who did the review was extremely helpful and gave me some advice on equipment that would assist me moving dad on my own. I appreciated his help & realise he went above and beyond for which I am grateful.
