I'm Consummate Care have proved to be flexible compassionate and thoughtful in providing an excellent service following recent surgery. They were professional in adapting to my increased needs and making me feel secure and valued. This helped enormously with my recovery there were hiccups but we got
through them and everyone has always Supported me brilliantly. I'm delighted with the service and cannot recommend them highly enough. It takes a little while, but the journey is worth it thank you, Consummate Care.

Our first contact with Consummate Care was in June 2024. Our initial assessment was very thorough & impressive. All staff from managers to carers are kind & respectful. The managers are easily contactable and helpful. The carers have been carefully matched to our circumstances. They are well trained
& have been quick to learn of my complex needs. They work as a team with us and adapt to minor daily changing needs. They are well supervised and appear happy working for CC.

Great company, good carers who arrive on time and are friendly.
The head office are very responsive, they respond to your call. Treat my father with dignity and always on time.
Also, they inspect their carers work to ensure quality is there.

The staff in the Consummate Care office are very friendly and helpful. The carer sent to my mother has been very efficient and kind to my mother, also does a very good job at doing what we ask her to do.

Consummate Care has delivered everything that they said they would when I transferred from another agency. My wife has had the same carer every day and she has carried out all of the duties on my wife's care plan very well. In addition, Consummate Care has provided transport to medical appointments
and a social occasion.

The carers really care for my mother-in-law. She enjoys their company and appreciates their patience and kindness in not rushing her despite their busy schedules and respectfully helping her remain as independent as possible. I have also especially appreciated their support the last couple of months
with keeping on top of the washing. As a family, we all very much appreciate the service the team provides.

I am very happy with the care my mum has been given by Consummate Care. All the carers are excellent, particularly one carer who is especially good with my mum and looks after her very well. All the carers and office staff are excellent.

Mum has had Consummate Care for her needs for a year now. During that year, there have had to be a number of changes due to Mum's changing needs. These have been dealt with swiftly by the office and put into place speedily. Mum's main carer is fantastic, Mum considers her a friend and wishes she
didn't have days off (bless her). All of Mum's needs are met although there have been occasions where one of the newer carers has not understood those needs fully. At those few occasions, a phone call has sorted the problem. Be assured the carers and staff do a fantastic job in sometimes very difficult circumstances.

My experience with Consummate Care is excellent. I have been with them for ten years I think this month and I have nothing but praise for them. The carers are lovely and give me first class care, I can’t praise them enough.
The girls in the office are lovely as well, always willing to help me. I
cannot fault the care I receive at all.

I was completely satisfied by the love and care we received from Consummate Care. They supported us at every opportunity and I felt great comfort knowing that Dad was in safe hands. The staff and in particular the management went above and beyond to help support my family and we are extremely

My mother has some wonderful carers who are very loving and have created a real bond with her. They are very helpful and patient and her most regular carers almost feel like part of the family.
The company staff are always helpful to our needs when we have requests such as extra care when I am on
holiday.
I feel happy and confident with the service provided to my mother.

I am writing this review for my mother and myself.
To inform you that the care my mum receives from a particular carer is outstanding!
The quality of care, compassion, empathy and respect is more than 5 stars!
Every day my mum is greeted with a smile also the family, always chats whilst doing her
care and makes sure my mum has her medication allowing her time with mobility, washing and dressing. Always makes sure my mum is safe within herself and her surrounding area. Keeps areas clean and tidy ensuring infection control/hygiene is met. Deserves a medal!

I live a long way away from my auntie and can only visit monthly. The care she receives is second to none. The carers and management are the best my auntie has ever had. She is 104 this year and if it wasn't for the staff, she wouldn’t be here. Keep up the good work and we can’t thank you enough for
helping us through this pandemic as well. God bless you all.

We have been a client of Consummate Care in Coventry for my father over three years and during this time he has received an excellent service, from the initial intervention right through to meeting the ever-changing demands of his care needs. More recently with his health getting worse, the care
staff have continued to be really helpful and friendly, always going beyond just the basic needs.
I highly recommend Consummate Care.
