My Aunt has been receiving care from the Bluebirds for two years. I never fail to be impressed with just how kind and compassionate every member of the care team is and how they treat my aunt with dignity and respect at all times. Despite her needs changing from week to week, month to month everyone
has bent over backwards to accommodate her, sometimes at very short notice without complaint.
I cannot recommend Bluebird care highly enough.

I was a bit nervous about contacting Bluebird Care, as it was the first time I had needed carers to look after my husband, but the Manager was so friendly and reassuring that I was put at ease straight away. She explained the whole process and came round to the house to assess what my husband's
needs would be. She brought the assigned Carer to my house the day before I was due to go on holiday, to introduce him to me and my husband. He was very polite and friendly and I took him through the routine I had in place for my husband. When I left the following day, I had absolutely no concerns about the welfare of my husband for the week that I would be away. Whilst away I contacted the Carer only once to see how my husband was. On my return, my husband was fine, the house was neat and tidy and the laundry had all been done. The Manager telephoned me to check that I was happy with the care my husband had received and came around to the house for a follow-up chat. I was extremely satisfied.

We had bluebird in 2023 in june and we were very happy with the service we had. In 2024 we had you again in June we had the ladies again and they were brilliant and my wife took them right away and really pleased with all the help she received.we would certainly recommend the bluebirds to everybody

Can not thank all the staff at Bluebird enough they have been so help and accommodating and take such good care of my mum, I would especially like to thank the Managers who have gone above and beyond to help me with care for my mum.

Friendly staff. Felt comfortable during personal care as I was apprehensive beforehand. Helpful with tasks I was having difficulty with. Would certainly recommend them and would use them again if it were needed.

We have had an excellent experience with Bluebird Care Trafford. They have been incredibly supportive and responsive to the unique needs of my son. The staff are compassionate, patient and well-trained, consistently demonstrating a genuine understanding of his challenges. They ensure he feels
comfortable and engaged during every interaction.
Communication has been seamless, with regular updates and a willingness to adapt as needed. It's clear that the well-being and happiness of their clients are their top priorities. Knowing that my son is in such capable and caring hands brings us immense peace of mind. I highly recommend Bluebird Care Trafford to any family looking for a dependable and compassionate care service.

Bluebird Care was recommended to us by my cousin but we live in a different area. It has been a successful find, only stopping because I took early retirement and can look after my mum. But should I need any additional support, I've asked the manager if I can pick the help again when needed. The
staff are friendly and given my mum someone to chat with during a long day when I was at work. Highly recommended and again, thank you for your help.

I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Trafford, they have been fantastic and very professional from the initial meeting with myself and my mum. Great care was taken to ensure that my mum's needs were taken into account as she wished to keep her independence but still receive care. Every single
carer who came into contact with my mum was fantastic and certainly, in my eyes, went above and beyond the expected level of care.
I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

My mum has just started receiving care from Bluebird Care carers. We are very happy with the service. The care coordinator is extremely good. The care coordinator came to visit my mum and was very friendly and made my mum feel very comfortable about the service she would receive. The carers have
been excellent. We are very happy with the service so far.

I took out a companionship twice daily package of visits for my 96-year-old father on the days I am at work back in April of this year following a social needs review.
Bluebird staff that visited were very friendly and helpful to his then current needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending
them.

We have been with Bluebird Care Trafford for two years and love the team that work with our soon. The carers are excellent and look after him really well. They are really reliable. We are really happy with the care he receives and would happily recommend Bluebird to other people.

My 90-year-old father has received services from Bluebird Care Trafford for the past two years.
We have all been consistently thrilled with the services from Bluebird. Without exception, the carers are friendly, cheerful, and beyond helpful. They assist my father with whatever he needs and he
looks forward to their visits. For us, the thorough reports that the carers enter into the app at the end of each visit are invaluable for monitoring my father’s well-being.
The supervisor regularly goes above and beyond to make sure my father is well taken care of and that we are informed of any concerns. She has even coordinated 111, 999 and district nurse visits for him. One of the unexpected additional benefits of the Bluebird service is that they take my father to medical visits, and support him through the appointment.
We are all so happy with the service we receive. It is my pleasure to write this review for such a wonderful and much appreciated organization.

We asked Bluebird Care, Trafford to step in when we were away to help our 91-year-old mother maintain her independence and give us peace of mind that she had an emergency backup while we were not there. The team were exceptional. The initial consultation was easily arranged and attentive to what
her needs and wishes were. As a result, they provided a flexible service including a welfare phone call and home visits. We have used them since and always receive the same professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to others.

Bluebird has given my 8-year-old son some fantastic carers; he’s always excited to see them and knows he will be having fun.
They are always happy to take him to activities that enjoys and put his happiness first to make sure he has a lovely time.
The office staff are really helpful, especially
one lady, who is always lovely and tries to help in any way possible. The manager is very professional and deals with any issues promptly and seems to genuinely care for all the clients.
I would recommend Bluebird to other parents.

Mum has been with Bluebird Care for some years now and overall the care provided by them is very good. The carers are friendly, attentive and professional in what they do.
As Mum's needs have changed, Bluebird have consulted with the family and adapted their care accordingly.

We have recently started using Bluebird following a recommendation by social care. Mum has been very reluctant to accept help as she doesn’t understand why she needs it. It’s taken a bit of trial and error working out the best routine, but Bluebird have been helpful, patient and kind in their
approach, have advised us regarding medication support and although Mum still doesn’t understand (due to her Alzheimer’s) why she needs help, she accepts the carers into her home and I know she feels comfortable with them. They have managed to gently persuade her to accept help and are kind and caring. I am able to keep up with how visits have gone via the app and love to see that when they have finished allocated care, have sat and chatted with Mum (some lovely, kind, caring comments).

Bluebird has been looking after my father since October 2021, visiting him four times a day. I have been very impressed with all aspects of their service. The management is very proactive (making suggestions where needed) and has taken a lot of care in making detailed notes to ensure all my
father's needs are met. I feel confident in the sensitive manner that they monitor concerns with any health issues and communicate with me. I find the app really helpful and if I have any queries I receive a prompt response from the office. All the carers have lovely personalities, showing a genuine caring approach. They encourage interactions with my father and always carry out their tasks with a good sense of humour. I feel that this is more than a job for them and my father looks forward to their visits. I have dealt with other care agencies in the past and Bluebird are outstanding, so I feel lucky to have their help.

My son absolutely LOVES each and every one of the carers who come to take him out and they always have such nice things to say about him. He can never get out of the house quick enough and he's always so happy to see them and they are always so happy to see him. What I love most is how much he has
progressed since having Bluebird and myself and his dad have noticed a real difference in him and how much he's calmed down and he's maturing as well which is an absolute joy to see!
