My progress is going remarkably well. The care staff are very kind and helpful.

They are very caring and chat with me and are understanding on bad days.

Had carers in two to three times a day. Always said 'good morning' and asked after my well being. Very friendly and efficient.
Nothing was too much bother for them to do.
Was always close to visit time stated but if I needed an early call it was always fitted in.
Bedtime call quite often too
early but was put in PJ's ready for bed.

OK, they treat my partner well and are friendly. They do the best they can.

Carers always ask what mum wants and are always kind and courteous towards her.
We are grateful for the help they give as it makes such a difference. Mum looks forward to them calling each day. Thank you Damor Care!

We have had caring care homes for some years but this one, Damor Care is the most caring ever. Their staff go beyond the call of duty. They are really caring and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff have obviously been extremely well trained. They treat patients like human beings
and respect their dignity. We cannot speak too highly of the care and service.

I'm very pleased to accept the help of DamorCare staff when they enter our home. The flexibility timing we have experienced and the custom we get with them is all part of the job. The team communicate well and keep us informed.

DamorCare took over Mum's care when other carers had let us down. Although only for a short period, we were very impressed with how they cared for Mum. Being a small company they were very personal. Good to see familiar faces every day.
Any problems that arose were always dealt with swiftly and
appropriately.

The care was timely in my recovery progress and I was very grateful for it. It has enabled me to build on that foundation and I am now progressing well.
My wife also benefitted from the help provided.

Carers are very kind and consistent, do everything asked of them.

They are very caring and they've never talked down to him, which have had with other professionals, just because my son is brain damaged. He is always respected. The team have given me various ideas to help with my son's personal care. It's not just a job to many on the team, they properly care,
even taking time to talk to my other sons, so they don't feel left out. I always feel able and welcomed to ask questions or ask for something to be done 'my way'.
