Very happy with the service we receive. The carers go out of their way to do anything we ask and point out anything they think needs attention. The carers are friendly, punctual, respectful and understanding.

Home Instead provided a great service for mum, initially assisting with personal hygiene and then quickly increasing to daily support, helping with dressing and breakfast. The care staff were always capable, caring and friendly. They were punctual and cover was quickly arranged for sickness and
holiday. All appointments were reliably kept and contact maintained with family members. Mum enjoyed their services for several months which enabled her to live independently for a little longer.

Excellant friendly and caring local service, arranged at short notice, I instructed when recovering from a shoulder operation. A well managed service and spport team I have used in the past and would use happily again if required and recommend them.

Very professional company who have been efficient and helpful from day one. The app has been vey useful, I am able to follow visits made to my father - which is reassuring. His carer has remained the same which has resulted in a kind and trusting friendship for him. Also helping my mother with
small domestic tasks as needed. Any queries which have arisen are quickly communicated and dealt with promptly.

We first involved Home Instead when my dad had early stages of vascular dementia. It was too much for my mum to get my dad up everyday, so we arranged for a carer from Home Instead to visit for an hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am.
The carers were so friendly but also professional in
helping my dad get up, showered and dressed. They would make him some toast and a cup of coffee and chat to my mum too.
This set up was great for my dad and a massive relief for my mum.
Where possible my dad had the same carers each time however any changes were advised in advance and to be honest it was nice to have a variety of people call by to help. Bianca, Sam, Janet and Aaron were my dad's regular team and were all great with him.
Claire (team manager) checked in regularly with us.
For situations where your parents are not ready to go into a care home but need some interim support allowing them to remain at home and enjoy home comforts, I strongly recommend Home Instead.

Home Instead provided excellent care for my parents when they were alive. After a hip operation, I spent time in respite but was overwhelmed living at home on my own. My son contacted Home Instead immediately and they were able to help even during a weekend.
My support has been excellent. I need
physical help and I enjoy the variety of different carers. They are all supportive, empathetic, thorough and entertaining. I appreciate the office support that is availabe too.

My experience with Home Instead has been very good. My mother received top-notch care from the entire team, who not only carried out their duties with professionalism, but also displayed genuine compassion and empathy. It's obvious they prioritise the well-being of their clients. In particular, the
admin team played a crucial role in making everything easy. Their communication was excellent, ensuring that every detail was handled with care and understanding.
I am grateful for the peace of mind that came from knowing my mother was in such capable hands. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable home carers.

We approached Home Instead to provide care for my father who has dementia and to support my mother with his care. Unfortunately, in the same week my mother fell and broke her shoulder meaning they both needed care. Home Instead very quickly stepped in and organised excellent care to help both of
them. Several weeks on and we have been able to reduce the amount of daily visits as my mother's mobility has improved. We couldn't be happier with the care. All the staff are very caring, kind, patient and have a great attention to detail. Communication is also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our Parkinson's leader recommended Home Instead after my husband was in hospital for 5 weeks.
Our carers are outstanding , always on time , with a big happy smile .
They tend to my husbands needs allowing me to get other jobs done and nothing is to much of a problem .
I enjoy seeing them every
morning having a quick chat before they start the care.
They are kind and caring and very efficient , and we have a good relationship with them all.
The office staff are equally efficient and helpful.
I've been recommending Home Instead to friends who have asked about my husbands care company.

We knew when our lovely Nanny began needing support at home, there was only one care provider we trusted to look after her.
Having heard amazing reports about Home Instead, we gently introduced Nanny to morning visits. She quickly grew fond of the wonderful ladies who visited and often wondered

We were introduced to Home Instead through a friend last year, when looking to organise support for our elderly parents, both in their 90's and still living in their family home. Right from the initial home visit to now, Home Instead has felt 'just right' and to be exactly what we were looking for.
Our parents are well cared for and have formed close bonds with the team caring for them. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, communication is excellent, their ability to accommodate our parents changing needs commendable, and the peace of mind they provide to us, invaluable.

The care and support provided for my mum is excellent, it enables my husband and I to do what we need to do and know that she is safe and sound. They make her happy, keep her company and she enjoys doing crosswords, games, singing and exercises with them. They definitely brighten up her day which

I cannot thank Home Instead staff enough for the support received by my elderly parents. They receive a bespoke personal care package which is flexible to meet their changing needs. There has been excellent communication between family members and the carers so that we are always involved and
consulted in every aspect of their care. Their carer in particular has been exceptional in the personalised care that she has provided, and both my parents will testify that she has always gone over and above what is expected of her. Thank you so much.

My father has been fully supported by Home Instead over the past 3 years. We have had to readjust the care package several times over the past year and Home Instead have responded quickly each time to get extra care in place; we really appreciate their flexibility. All carers have been professional,
kind and thorough and my dad gets on well with all of them. They have also helped out by responding quickly to a couple of emergency situations we have had. Over-all we are really delighted with the service.

I am delighted to recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs care for any reason. Whether through illness or disability someone is unable to cope with daily tasks. The lovely people at Home Instead are able to take care of your needs from personal care for example to washing, dressing etc or helping
with household tasks for example cooking or laundry etc. They are always cheerful and friendly and so efficient. It is a pleasure to recommend these caring people.
